We stayed for 2 nights, and the first night was terrible. We were accommodated in the standard room no 6.
It looked like a backpackers room, because the paint on the wall is peeling off. The shower head is loose. The aircon did not work at all.
We also had dinner at the restaurant. The food is good, but on Saturday evening, the waiter told us that the kitchen closes at 7h30, when I wanted to order. On the menu, it says 22h00. Also, we had to call the waiters for drinks, all the time. Tables were not cleaned after guests left.

I booked Na’ankusê @ Utopia expecting a relaxing, high-quality stay, but the experience was very disappointing. The advertising and photos were misleading — the property looked nothing like what was shown online. The room was poorly maintained, with broken shower door, broken air conditioning, 18 cc with no power dirty bathroom, old towel not properly washed with dirty and truly disgusting sofa full of dirt with oil stains. Etc etc the list goes on honestly.
The service was unresponsive and unhelpful. When I raised concerns, staff seemed uninterested in resolving them. The overall quality was far below what I expected for the price, and I genuinely regret choosing this place.

Lovely place. Can't comment on location as we were only here overnight with pick up and drop off, so I'm not sure what was nearby. Lovely room, very good, inexpensive food and drink at the restaurant. Staff were very helpful.

This room might once have been worth the price you pay. When entering the room, the obvious neglect transforms the excitement we had to stay somewhere nice into a stark reality that sometimes a business like this do not care anymore.

Stayed two nights at Naankuse Utopia. The personnel was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. You can walk around the garden or just relax at the pool. The food was tasteful and I really enjoyed the carrot cake. Location is also a bonus, as it is close to Hosea KUTAKO Airport. I needed a taxi to take me to the airport and they happily helped me with the reservation. Really recommend it!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Naankuse @ Utopia Boutique Hotel in Klein Windhoek.
It was a delightful end to our Namibian adventure.
This charming hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Windhoek. We stayed in one of the luxury suites, equipped with air-conditioning, a comfortable king-sized bed, a mini fridge, beautiful bathroom w a luxurious bathtub, and a refreshing shower.
Breakfast, included in the rate, was a treat.
We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Namibia.

We stayed here for a few nights before we set off on our 3 week roadtrip through Namibia. A great place to stay close to shops up the road where we could buy all of our supplies. The restaurant was fantastic, staff were lovely and the breakfast area next to the pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was delish too! Highly recommend!

Convenient and safe place to stay for a night as the starting and finishing point of your trip in Namibia. If you are lucky, you get one of the refurbished rooms. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good!

It was ok. Had some problems with my room (WC, Shower). Wi-Fi was very weak at the room I was. Breakfast was really good. The receptionists was actually I little grumpy, but rest of the staff was nice. It was really close to a great Spar shop.

Nice stuff but irresponsible manager. Room is modern but be aware of mosquitoes (a lot). Overall, overpriced. Restaurant has good food though.

2-night weekend stay from Saturday. Friendly staff.
Was provided with an upper-storey room which was clean and well-appointed. The airconditioning appears a bit small for the room — struggled with cooling in the hot Windhoek afternoon.
Due to the extensive vegetation, the external area could do with a bit of tidying up.

Very quiet and beautiful place, close to the airport. Early check-in possible. Contrary to some old comments, rooms were clean. Complete breakfast with 2 options. Can only recommend!

We booked three rooms. The executive room’s decor is beautiful.
There was a sewerage smell every now and then that you could smell inside the rooms.
The breakfast is cold and very limited really not worth it.

So my biggest thing about the cleanliness of a place is a bathroom. The shower had mold between the tiles and mildew. I didn’t feel comfortable showering there at all. The room is otherwise clean. Staff are very nice. Restaurant closed early so if you get there late you may not have food.

Spent 1 night on route to Etosha. We stayed in the Luxury Suite, and I am still unsure what is luxurious about it. When we arrived, reception was less than friendly. Rooms were on the 2nd floor, with steep stairs, and no help was offered to assist with bags. The rooms appeared clean. Bathroom is almost in the room and there is no privacy. The shower was not sealed properly or the seal had perished over time, and when you showered it would flood the bathroom and into the room. As someone with long hair, I understand hair clogging a drain — that’s why when I wash my hair I make sure I remove all my hair from the floor of the shower or the drain. Obviously cleaning the drains were not high on the priority list. When we showered the water would rise up over our toes and the clumps of hair would rise and float at the bottom of the shower around our feet. When we checked out the following morning I mentioned this to the receptionist and all I got, and I quote, was an “Eeeuw”. Very disappointed and will definitely not be returning. At least the beds were comfortable and the bar fridge kept our water cold.
