Everything you need in a self-catering unit. Clean and centrally situated for me. Staff friendly and welcoming. Well priced. Secure parking.
Stayed here twice over a one month’s holiday while in Namibia. First at the start of my trip while in Windhoek for 9 nights. It is in a great location in Klein Windhoek, the rooms are spacious and clean plus have all the amenities one would need. I especially liked the kitchen, bathroom and also availability of a washing machine. The service is great as well, ample parking space, security is good. It’s a good stop for tourists but even when staying longer, it’s not a bad idea at all. Also stayed at the tail end of my vacation after having been around the country so the final days were spent here again. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. Breakfast was the only thing that was a bit lacking so I only gave it a shot once out of the 14 nights I stayed here. Needs to be a bit better.

I only stayed one night at Hillside Apartments in Windhoek, choosing it primarily for its self-contained setup with a washing machine and its convenient proximity to Joe’s Beerhouse. It turned out to be an excellent choice.
While there was no dryer in the apartment, the service more than made up for it — the very kind receptionist took my wet clothes, dried them in the building’s facilities, then folded and returned them. A small gesture that made a big impression.
The apartment itself was huge, spotlessly clean, and extremely well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being located on a busy road, the apartment was impressively quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
Security was clearly a priority, with excellent measures in place, and I appreciated being able to park the car safely undercover.
Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay — ideal for even a short visit.
