Very well (positioned overlooking the Zambezi. Pleasant surroundings, comfortable room, good food, very pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

I am very impressed; Food was out of the world! Clean and neat and the view of the river makes it even better.

For me the top place to stay in Katima. A nice and friendly lodge with a wonderful view on the Zambezi.
Breakfast and Dinner are delicious, the bar serves cold drinks and the Wifi works very good.

The lodge garden and staff are superb. The food is excellent. Bathrooms are old and needs upgrading, but very clean.

Lodge very neat and staff friendly and helpful. Chalets beautiful and well equipped. Food good. Environment excellent. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights and very much enjoyed the whole experience. The lodges were cosy but modern enough. The pre-booked dinners were all excellent and a good option because Katima does not have many places to go to. We took advantage of the sunset boat cruise on the river with beers — highly recommended!
If anything, the rooms could have a bit better mosquito netting, but several options for bug repellent were available in the rooms.

Such nice staff and a very responsive host. The location is amazing, and the dinners are great. Air conditioning in the rooms work great. Such a nice way to wake up to a view of the river.

The rooms arevery clean and well presented with fridges, tea/coffee facilities, some have a bath and a shower. The air conditioning works well. The beds are very comfortable giving a great night's sleep. The rooms are not overlooked but have gardens in front of them overlooking the Zambezi River, with views of Zambia. The food is some of the best we have eaten in three trips to Namibia. The gardens are full of birdlife, as is the stretch of river in front and down stream of Caprivi River Lodge. As for the staff they are well trained, very helpful as are the management/owners who all have a we can do it attitude, which is wonderful to see and experience, nothing is too much trouble. When you stay there, go on a boat trip on the Zambezi with the lodge guides, you will not be dissapointed.

The friendliest, most can-do lodge imaginable. My photographer husband's requests (carmine bee-eater nests, the Milky Way over a baobab tree…) accommodated. Transfrontier game drives arraged perfectly. Truly lovely food (chef Sophia is a gem! ) Enough pillows — excellent Wi-Fi — beautiful gardens around comfy rooms — the Zambezi right ouside. This is paradise!

From the moment we arrived there were issues, we were supposed to be served lunch, no, not happening. So began the toing and froing about whether we would get lunch eventually we got a salad. The rooms were dirty and old. One person didn't even have sheets on her bed. Not good enough. The toilets didn't work properly and the shower was more like a drizzle. Certainly wouldn't recommend staying here.

It was amazing. Great people, great food, great guide and fantastic fishing. We will be back in a few months. Unique experience.

What a beautiful and comfortable lodge! The room was just perfect with a great bed and spacious. Just beautiful right on the river. The pre-fixed dinner was so delicious every night and the staff is so kind! You can just watch the sunrise every day.

3 nice bungalows and direct access to boat tours on the river. The hosts are helpful and friendly.
The temperatures in November were high, but it was nice in the shade at the board of the river. We enjoyed our stay in the Caprivi River Lodge.

The place is beautifully verdant. It is at the bank of the mighty Zambezi river with a great view of the river. It's calming and relaxing. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. If you love nature, this is a place for you.
