After our car broke down with serious engine damage and could not be repaired, we ended up staying at Zambezi Mubala Camp for several days – and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

It was one of the greatest places I had ever stayed at. Beautiful scenery, the birds, the monkeys and the flora! The cherry on the cake was the two resident crocs on the opposite bank.

Good stop before Botswana, calm place and good view on Zambezi river :)

Great value for money. First off I was grateful for the signage on the road. It was easy to get there. Staff were friendly, and their food was on point. I especially enjoyed the location.

Easy to get a taxi into town, if you don’t like walking.
Room was very clean and the people that work there are very polite and helpful.
