The rooms were nice but there were lots of mosquitos. It was very noisy at night. The food was not good and not much to choose from at dinner. It was walking distance to the gardens.

Beatifful setting. Timber frame bungalo's creates a ambiance of tranquility amonst the greenery and water features.

Very tranquil and cosy resort near the botanic gardens. The cottage offers a lot of privacy and comes with a large fireplace and walk-in wardrobe. Be prepared for the low temperature at year end as the wooden floors can be pretty cold despite heater functions of AC. Breakfast spread was decent and you can dine outdoors. Service was excellent. Wifi wasn't that strong but expected in the highlands.

Yes the hotel is large but one is better off staying in one of the smaller hotels that.
Has the amenities one expects from a hotel. We stayed in deluxe room. It was not very clean, just look at all the ledges they are full of dust and stuff. The floors were not very clean. The room is run down in particular the bathroom with rust and dirt and needs redoing. The worst thing is that it’s so cold at night and they have two units but one is not for heating and the heater is useless. We have a thermometer and the room was same temperature as outside all night with heater on. The other really bad thing was the hot water. It only lasted a few minutes in the morning which is really unpleasant when so cold. The bedding was insufficient so just spent whole night very cold. Then breakfast was served outside in the cold, it should be inside! The breakfast was of very poor quality. The location is not the best. To walk to some restaurants at night one has to go on poorly lit road with no path and full of dogs. The Wi-Fi barely worked in evening and didn’t work at all in the morning, so you need to rely on your own SIM card. There is really nothing going for this hotel when it doesn’t address basic needs. Yes the bungalows look nice from the outside and garden is nice but that’s not the most important thing in a hotel. The staff are not particularly friendly either compared to elsewhere.
