Horrible. Internet does not work, cold water in the shower, dirt… In my room there were no plugs and walled with wall with the common area so there was a lot of noise. I was not wanted to change the room even though on the second day they had other rooms free.
Breakfast is left to be desired.
There are no sheets or anything in the bed. Just a blanket.
Also their staff does not give much confidence because I tried to rent a bike for a price higher than the other places to rent.

オールドバガン内別ホテルチェックアウト後、深夜バス発車までの休憩＆シャワー利用のため半日のみ滞在。 賛否両論あるようだが、あの激安値段設定ゆえの設備と理解すべきかと。衛生的で豪華な設備を希望なら、オールドバガンの高級ホテルへ。 ニャンウー中心部の市場は徒歩圏、周りに飲食店も多く、ロケーションは非常に良かった。事前依頼必須だが、ヤンゴン〜バガン深夜バスの発車前乗客ピックアップ場所としての機能も。 ミャンマー人従業員通称フミヤさんの「独学で習得した」という日本語会話力がなにしろ凄い。

The breakfasts are good and plentiful but the rooms are limited compared to the price.
Bags and mosquitoes.

The staff is very friendly the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi not working the rooms are run down small and not really clean.

Cheap Guest House, prices are $20 for a double with air conditioning, to climb, the one from 20, which we took is Vetamente Basica, clean but the mold on the walls of the room and bathroom cancels any idea of cleanliness. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, it is plentiful served on a large and shady terrace. Excellent location near the archeological park, right in front of the entrance there are the rental of electric scooters and bicycles to visit the park.

SCAM! Be careful with this place. If paying in USD (they convert to kyats at a very bad rate so it's more convenient to do so) make sure you take a picture/write down the note you are paying with. I payed with a 20 usd note in perfect conditions, the lady looked at it, accepted it, and 10 mins later goes into my room with a teared/stained bill saying it was the one I've give to her and couldn't accepted (since in Myanmar only perfect bills are valid). I obviously refused bc I knew for sure it wasn't mine and she started taking my stuff out of the room. She said what was the problem for me, I could use it elsewhere with no issues, her family was poor, she would lost her job (? ), bla bla bla. I ended up accepting it only bc I was up since 4am, not willing to loose a day of my holidays and my options being what. Calling the police? Anyway, AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

Overpriced basic joint. Price was $25 and man counted 1450 kyat for dollar when rate was 1320. We got our own rates he said as I paid in kyats.

One of the cheapest solution for Bagan. U get what you pay but that's not too bad.

Good for 1 or 2 nights only. Poor breakfast.

One of the better guesthouses we stayed in in Myanmar. I prefer places where you have to remove your shoes before entering the room areas, so it can be quite dirty in the rooms with the dust and sand tracked in. The whole place is concrete and there are several room options available. Prices in high season were $25 for 3-4 pax ensuite, $20 for 1 or 2 pax ensuite, or $14 for 2 or 1 pax common. Not sure if they have hot water in any of the ensuite, but common bathrooms are cold water only. Everything is clean and no smelly. Rooms are bare and quite cold, towels and bottled water are provided. Breakfast from 7 — 9 am, samosas, bananas, toast butter and marmalade, myanmar rice with fried, scrambled, or omlette style egg. Tea coffee available. Sometime they also give you watermelon. Hosts are super nice and very friendly. Speak japanese english. Simple maps provided. One of the few guesthouses open 24hr so you can check in early if your bus or train arrives before dawn. The whole family seems to own restaurant and bike rental businesses around the guesthouse. Bikes are a good deal, but better to go elsewhere if you wanna get ebike for price of one person instead of two! Wifi available, but can be slow and no reception past the first two rooms.
