➜ True that there are many stairs, but it is worth it for enjoying the attentions of its managers Rafik and Jusef. Both are exceptional. The rooms and the bathroom are great and all very clean. Good breakfast You just forget about the stairs. A 10.

While Rafik was great, the place has a bed bug infestation as of late June 2018. We did not sleep at all that evening and our reservation was cancelled. I had bites all over my body. The owner did not pay to launder our clothes and offered to send us to (and pay for) another one of her properties in Tangier (over an hour away). When we wanted stay in Chefchaouen we were under the impression she was also paying for our new accommodations but this was not the case. Overall a terrible experience.
