This riad is absolute beautiful the staff are your great and location is right in the middle of where it is tranquil and very relaxing and you can sit in the sun on one of the roof terraces or have a dinner in the shade of square. We wanted authentic and this is what you get.

Wonderful views at breakfast in the morning. My only regret is we didn't stay here more than one night. We had issues with our shower, and if the TV worked, we didn't know how to work it. Breakfast was such a delicacy. Difficult to find though, I know for a fact we wouldn't have been able to find it if we didn't pay someone to take us there.

Great rooftop views of the Riff mountain + town below, clean bedroom and top notch hospitality from Riad managers — Sou and Fadila! Breakfast is provided as well and it was hearty — freshly squeezed OJ, homemade strawberry jam and ground black olives — just to list a couple items.

We could not have had better service than at Riad Zaitouna. It's a tiny little hotel nestled in the Medina, run by Sou and her colleagues. They were more than proactive, seeing that all our needs were met. Could not recommend enough.

What can I say about Riad Zaitouna. We stayed in many Riad's in many cities last week and this one was truly an experience. The staff are too notch and because of their incredible hospitality and sense of humor they made our days in Chefchaouen even more spectacular then they already were. The Riad offers incredible views of the Rif Mountains and is close to the market, restaurants, bars, moques all while surrounded by its rich history. Above all the staff is top notch and worth the stay alone. They do everything possible to make every second of your stay exciting. This is a must stay location.

Comfortable bed & linens. Friendly, helpful staff. Meet us at our taxi drop off & helped with our bags through the allys. Great terrace. Delicious filling breakfast. Small for a double room. Not great Wi-Fi. They over booked & asked if we're minded moving to another Riad around the corner. We said okay & they helped move our luggage. The other Riad was a bigger room & bathroom, but a constant sewage smell filled the room from the shower drain, even with the plug closed.

The Hotel Looks amazing and it's quite a good place for taking photos, and the staff here are really soooo nice!

Great Riad with the best staff, great rooftop views and perfect location. The included breakfast was great too especially sitting on the terrace and looking out on the relaxing landscape. The staff is so warm, friendly and accommodating. We loved it here, now only if there wasn't the 1:45am drumming during Ramadan we would've slept great!

A place for rest, relaxation and well-being, I'd love to go more time yes I can.

The Riad is spectacular, the best I've seen in the city of Chefchaouen. We were in the summer of 2015, I would highlight the location (central), the extra comfort of the beds, the details of which were welcome, and the magnificent breakfast with views of the city amazing. An ideal place to disconnect and enjoy Chaouen, its landscapes and views. I highly recommend it!

Best riad price-to-quality seen in chaouen. It offers all the comforts of a good hotel, clean, decorated with taste and the breakfast is exquisite. His staff is very attentive and helpful. Without a doubt, I would repeat with my children since the rooms are ideal for a family.
