Nice Hotel. Everything is modest. The ocean is 10 minutes walk. Problematic Wi-Fi.

Bof… disappointment… old… really not like on the brochure… No animations… neither mini club… neither fitness… nor animated evenings… it's antiquated… without music without light…
Fortunately the staff is at the height of the Moroccan Hospitality.

We returned from a quiet and pleasant stay. Authentic hotel, friendly staff and attentive, hearty meal and local food, well located, it seems to me that the hotel deserves a renovation (painting, swimming pool, walls). Nevertheless we would recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay thanks to the staff of the establishment moreover we return from September Inchalla.

An old hotel that knew better times. It feels like half of the hotel is closed for restoration. Tired furniture and plumbing. It is not very convenient to walk on the steps with suitcases. Breakfasts are edible (buffet). Stayed in transit for one night. I wouldn't stay for longer.

A warm and family hotel, beautiful gardens, a nice pergola to have a drink, the bar very cosy. Quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly. It feels good to omayades and I go systematically when I go to Agadir.

Quiet Hotel. The ocean is not visible, but the breakfast by the pool conveys a pleasant feeling.

We spent a delightful week at the Hôtel Les Omayades from February 1 to February 7, 2018. The staff and Momo were awesome, professional and of extreme kindness. The rooms and bathroom are however dilapidated and deserve to be renovated. It did not unhooked the sweetness of our stay. Very good location, close to the beach, mini shopping center. Absolute calm, staff discretion. Everything for a quiet stay. 2nd passage to this hotel, we will return.

Good location, breakfast buffet is quite nice. Room with terrace, nice view from outside, spacious garden, swimming pool is nice. Bed and blankets are dirty, I can see the dust and feel allergic! AC is too noisy, cant sleep. Bath tube is too old and broken.

Very nice hotel, it is recommended by the Russian and French tourists.

Friendly staff a small hotel too quiet and friendly in mid-class.

Stated in 2015 was very basic and we asked for 3 single beds but only 2 we had and third bed was like a very tiny sofa! Only good thing is a garden view nothing else. Tv dos't work and very old.

Basic rooms. Good location. 10 minutes walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Very polite staff, its a shame the hotel is so run down.

Lovely place and very friendly staff. Only cons is the food. I stayed in for 2 nights, breakfast included, food was very basic and missing all the good Moroccan stuff, expect to have to spend extra $$ to eat better outside.

It lacks a good restoration otherwise it is very nice and cozy. The exquisite staff.

No Wi-Fi. Poor and tasteless dinner. An infinite number of steps to reach our chambte. Old-fashioned furniture sheet. Small pool is very dirty. But nice staff.

The hotel was very nice but the service was a mess and the facilities were outdated.

I went two in this hotel, the staff are excellent.
The rooms are correct. The only downside it is very little animation especially at night 00:00 everything is finished "s too bad knowing that the hotel is far enough away from the animations of the coast.
I RECOMAND this hotel for people looking for a bit of fun and rest.

This hotel is working hard despite the economic situation in order to satisfy its customers.

Me, I preferred a non refurbished room which still has the Moroccan painted motifs.
