2 nights as part of a tour. Good experience.
Located just outside the Medina walls. Traditional Riad style configuration and décor, but modern. Clean.
Good natural light. Heater worked well.

Super place, located maybe 3 minutes walk from the Medina. Clean and being serviced EVERY DAY even if not asked or expected it. Nice continental breakfast.

Excellent because this hotel is a gem in little Marakech. After struggle to decide on a hotel and after reading many reviews, more bad than good, we took a leap of faith on this.

The location is amazing. Considering the price, the rooms, and the overall experience, everything is very reasonable.

After reading some negative reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting Chems Hotel.
I visited with my husband for 4 nights in September and had an excellent stay.

We spent a beautiful 5 days here and Omar and his staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with different things everyday.

Omar and his staff went out of their way to make us feel like family. I have never seen or felt hospitality at a higher level. The food was phenomenal and the environment beautiful and relaxing.

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at Riad el Zohar.

I cannot recommend this Riad enough. Allan, Malika & all the staff are exceptional. They make a wonderful team. Nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms are a bit basic, the staff are very friendly and cheerful, the location is a little far away at 1.5 km from Jemaa el-Fna square but it's not a problem, there are very cheap taxis to get

We spent a very pleasant few days at Riad Dar Karma in mid-October 2025.

We had a great stay at Riad Dar Karma! This riad is super clean, gorgeous and tranquil. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

Fantastic quiet position, within walking distance of everything. Beautiful, calm interiors.

The riad is amazing! Very nice location, u can go everywhere on foot, also in medina. It’s traditional with contemporary aesthetics, clean and pretty rooms with all the benefits.

Beautiful place, spacious rooms, fantastic friendly staff who were very helpful with any request. Perhaps a little shabby but that added to the charm for us. Highly recommended.

All of the staff were very welcoming and helped with anything we needed. The main receptionist, Ismael, was one of the nicest people I've ever met!

If you wanna have a place with silence for yourself, time for enjoying the alonetime inside of the city chaos, then Riad Sarasvati is the perfect match for you!

Good hotel, location was a bit far from the action, good pool and children’s play areas, clean and spacious room, decent breakfast options.

The staff are wonderful, Latifa and karima They were very attentive and loving. The rooms are very clean and so is the hotel. The breakfast is very good.

Stayed for one night on my way to merzouga. Extremely friendly staff, rooms were very clean and a good size. Flexible breakfast times offered great.

We had an amazing time here and the spa is actually incredible. First let me start with the spa, it's completely renovated and posh and hyper clean, the pictures match the experience.

Such good vibes. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It feels like a resort. The greenery, the Moroccan authenticity in decor. The suite was spacious, with a balcony view.

Friendly and helpful crew (English and French speaking). Clean Moroccan style spacious rooms/apartments (with fridge and ac) around the garden. Wonderful oasis like garden with lovely pool.

Couldn’t recommend staying here any more when visiting Marrakech. Incredible price, perfect location, rooms are good and the breakfast is delicious, not to mention the friendly service. 10/10

I stayed 2 nights, the rooms are ok for resting and have a shower and keep going. It's clean and I liked the typical decorations.

To remain in this professional and warm dynamic a welcome worthy of the palaces and the villas have major D'homme very attentive to the customers.

Located in quiet neighbourhood. Spacious room but very basic. Nice garden and outdoor swimming pool. Free car park on site. Good breakfast, on the sunny day you can have table in the garden.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
From the shuttle bus driver, security, reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaners and gardeners, all were welcoming.
The food was tremendous.
