Lovely pretty hotel close to the city centre and medina. On the flight path but not a problem if you dont mind the noise every few hours.

Fantastic stay! The room had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and accommodating! It felt wholesome with its traditional Moroccan decor and was very clean.

I have just returned from a three night stay at this wonderful Riad. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend time somewhere so full of character and charm.

The location it absolutely great for anyone wanting to hike in the mountains or summit toubkal. The food was full of protein, every single meal, which is a rare find in Morocco. 100% recommend.

Fantastic location high in the village of Imlil, it was a pleasure to clean up, eat, relax and have a great night sleep after climbing Mount Toubkal. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and unlike any other that I have been to. The property is a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere just outside Marrakech.

I stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a gadventures tour. The rooms were comfortable however the single beds are quite narrow.

The place is quite nice, the receptionist is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean with a TV and air-co.

A beautiful riad with a large area and a swimming pool. Clean rooms. Good treatment from the supervisor. The owner of the riad is very welcoming and answers all questions.

Excellent because this hotel is a gem in little Marakech. After struggle to decide on a hotel and after reading many reviews, more bad than good, we took a leap of faith on this.

The location is amazing. Considering the price, the rooms, and the overall experience, everything is very reasonable.

After reading some negative reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting Chems Hotel.
I visited with my husband for 4 nights in September and had an excellent stay.

We had an amazing time here and the spa is actually incredible. First let me start with the spa, it's completely renovated and posh and hyper clean, the pictures match the experience.

Having read previous reviews about this place (after booking it), we certainly had our reservations. However we were pleasantly surprised!

A Truly Exceptional Experience at Riad Le Minasdam

My stay at Riad Le Minasdam was nothing short of extraordinary.

Location and Facilities were absolutely amazing, but the service was next level. Brahim was super attentive, kind and genuine.
Will definitely be staying at this Riad anytime I come back.

The hotel is a historic landmark in marakech. You can feel the history. The reception staff are very kind. The room is cosy and clean. It's what you expect from a 3 star. Just really good.

We went to quite a few riads in marrakech old medine and another hotel in tangier. We wanted to stay in gueliz for a bit at the end so we changed some of our arrangements.

We were impressed by the cozy and stunning architecture of this hotel. In particular, we liked the personal touch since the hotel would only host a limited amount of guests for 6 rooms.

Stunning, boutique Riad, appeared to be run by two hard working local gents. Their lamb tagines were delicious.

We stayed in riad jalama in Medina Marrakech for 4 nights. The riad was absolutely amazing nice clean rooms, huge riad, staff very nice, the aircon was superb in all rooms.

We came for a long weekend; this hotel offers a comfortable base for visiting the city. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and we’re absolutely delighted to have found such a gem in this city.
