I booked and paid in full, and my reservation was confirmed.
At the last minute, they contacted me saying all rooms were fully booked and that they forgot to close availability.
Instead of canceling the booking from their side (which was clearly their mistake), they asked me to cancel it through Booking and request a fee waiver. This nonsense resulted in me now having to wait up to 15 days to get my money back.
These are rookie-level mistakes. I expected far better from a place with a supposedly good reputation.
Because of their poor handling, I’m now left waiting for my refund and dealing with unnecessary stress.
Very disappointing experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this Riad in Marrakesh. The traditional architecture was beautiful and really gave an authentic Moroccan feel, while the air conditioning kept the room perfectly comfortable. The room itself was very spacious—although we were just two people, it could have easily fit more. The bathroom was amazing too.
We especially appreciated the warm and welcoming staff, with a special thanks to Adam for his kindness and help throughout our stay. I arrived at 1 AM and they were fully ready to host me, which was a huge relief. Breakfast was 9:10, and we enjoyed both the open and cozy indoor seating areas. Highly recommended!

It's a truly disgusting place. The rooms, kitchen and furniture are very old and dilapidated. The staff are greedy and only care about money, neglecting to provide a good service. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, whether foreigner or Moroccan. There are many other good Riads that are worth the price, man needs only to search.
A message to those in charge of the Riad: You are damaging Morocco's reputation with this poor service. Shame on you!
