The Service is impeccable the team at Riad Kitula are simply fantastic. They made my 30th birthday really memorable. The rooms are beautiful and the courtyard is now going to be my go to peaceful place in my memory.

Riad Kitula is a hidden gem in the heart of Medina. The courtyard with palms, olive trees and climbing plants is home to birds waking you up in the morning.
The breakfast is made of all freshly made traditional dishes and fruits. The staff is so welcoming and willing, a great example of Moroccan hospitality.
Rooms are in the typical Berber style and well combine with the colonial one of the common areas in the courtyard and the traditional terrace.
Definitely deserves a come back!

Riad was very mediocre, service was fair. Pool was out of service and they drilled and worked on it all day. It was so incredibly loud, there was no where to relax. It was an awful stay. I would not recommend this riad.

I have read on a blog that this hotel is for design lovers. Every design aspect is well thought. Art everywhere. Rooms are comfy and large. Very quite despite that its in the middle of the medina. But the Best part of this hotel is its hosts. They are the most welcoming and helpful people. Thanks for the great exprience.

We recently stayed 2 nights at Riad Kitula. We had an excellent experience. Our room was ready and the staff was very professional and helpful. We were given a room with air conditioning but we did not need to use it since our room was on the third floor set among the trees which kept it cool. The rooftop was very nice with a large table and various seating arrangements to enjoy. We were served an excellent breakfast both mornings with a large pot of coffee, traditional bread, a traditional pancake, pastries, yogurt and fruit. The service staff were very pleasant and professional and service was quick. The staff really seemed to enjoy each others company and this made for an enjoyable experience for us as well-very nice stay!

Our recent stay at Riad Kitula was a warm and cosy experience. This small riad, with it’s excellent staff, made our stay so memorable. Our room was spacious and beautiful overlooking the courtyard. Our plane was about 2 hours late arriving in Marrakech and the hotel automatically delayed our dinner to coordinate with our arrival. The food was always good! The riad was quiet and in a good location. We enjoyed all our interactions with Simo, the manager, who speaks many languages including English, and has a great sense of humor. Salah, our ever present concierge, made sure we were taken care of whatever was required. They serve delicious butter cookies at the riad, and I asked where to buy them. Salah said he would bring them for me the next day and he did. And Madeline, their incredible marketing manager, replied immediately and thoroughly to any emails I sent. My only regret was that Kitula was not available when we returned to Marrakech from out Desert Tour. If you want a lovely, intimate riad for your Marrakech stay, chose Kitula. It’s like your own little palace. They’re they best.

A beautiful place, well located and with the patine of old artsy Marrakech, needing renovation and management.
Arrived quite late in the evening, all doors and windows of the room still open to mosquitos and huge flies in the bathroom. AC didn't work. Bed and wooden stairs to the mezanine, noisy and needing some maintanance. Breakfast was good and staff atentive. In the morming there was still some staff member sleeping in the sofa of the riad's living room. It was odd, because it was already 10:00. Check-out guy, and I guess the one in charge that Sunday, named Simo, really nice and professional.
Overall, such a nice place, with the most beautiful patio and terrace, and good online/e-maill feedback, let down by lack of investement in the Riad, and proper management. Still good for laidback clients, not too demanding, who want to enjoy the feeling of a private house. But in the surrounding area, there are greater options nowadays, for the same price.

All the things was excellent exactly in this riad. It was fantastic. We will suggest to this riad all our friends. Rooms are very clean and well designed. Staffs are very kind. Also We will never forget the hospitality and helpfulness of the manager Simon.

This small boutique Riad is a green tranquil oasis in the heart of the otherwise manic medina of Marrakech.
The Riad has beautiful appointed traditional rooms very spacious and comfortable. The multitude of fruit trees and vines in the central court vard accompanied by bird song, you could be forgiven for thinking you were in a tropical rainforest. It's simply stunning. The staff are warm, friendly and so attentive. Nothing is too much effort for them they are always on hand to assist. Simo the manager communicated with us before and throughout our stay. Provided some amazing tips on navigating the medina, restaurant recommendations, transport, you name it! He even arranged some beautiful flowers for my wife as it was our anniversary. Special mention to Ridwan, and Mustafa (man in spectacles) they are so helpful and genuine a real credit to Kitula.

I searched through so many listings and I'm so glad I chose Riad Kitula. It is truly an oasis, a respite from the hustle and heat of the Medina. Located close to Bab Laksour (easy pick up point for excursions and taxis), Jemma el Fina and easily walkable to major sites of interest.
The staff are so kind and helpful and they serve a delicious breakfast every morning.

Excellent riad. The environment, garden, pool are heavenly. Nicely decorated, calm and very well located. The best part? The staff. And its not the kind of fake kindness just to get a nice review. It's a genuine commitment to making your feel at home. Simon was absolutely amazing helping us organize taxis, paying attention to each detail every day. Such a friendly and helpful hotel manager. A special thanks to the wonderful ladies in the kitchen who prepare homemade snacks and tea. Do not miss out on the top floor rooms which have a lovely view over the pool and garden.

A wonderful Riad, couldn't be more satisfied. Not only is it beautiful, but the people working here are lovely and do everything they can to make your stay here an unforgettable event. Pro Tip: If you have to choose a restaurant, shop or anything and you are not sure which is the best option — just ask Simo, the hotel manager. He will help you for sure. This was our first, but definitely not our last stay here — can't wait for the next time!

Had a great stay at Kitula. The place is really special, especially the pool, it’s like a mini jungle. Our room was comfy and had everything we needed. Breakfast by the pool was delicious, the staff, especially the manager, were very nice and helpful. Great spot for a relaxed getaway. Would go back for sure.
