Riad Puchka

Our stay was brief but very memorable. The location is beautiful and the room was very clean. Nothing negative to say at all about our stay it was wonderful. Using their driver service to get to the train station in the morning was quick and convenient for us as well as inexpensive.

A beautiful road hidden away in the centre of Marrakech. This road is tucked down some windy side streets and it's difficult to find via maps — luckily the owners come and find you to show you the way! The place is genuinely amazing, the staff are all lovely, the breakfast is fantastic and the mint tea was the best we had in all of Marrakech. I highly recommend this place. It's like an oasis of tranquility amid the hustle and bustle of the city!

A hidden gem amongst the narrow streets of Marakesh, a wonderful Riad with fantastic staff who are so helpful. The activities you book through the Riad may be more expensive than what you can book on line or at certain businesses within the city BUT they are worth the money especially the trip to the dessert… quad biking, camel riding throughout the dessert and a sunset dinner with traditional food and music, with just your own group and guides … so much more of a personal experience.

We loved our stay in Riad Puchka. If it wouldn’t be the help and guidance from the responsible person there, we wouldn’t have a smooth stay, specially when it was hard to find the spot.
The breakfast was served to us and was delicious. The decorations of the place and the room were stunning. In the end, the taxi was called to help us proceed with our journey. Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful riad near medina and Jemaa el-Fna mosque. Host is very helpful, responcive and at service. He organized transportation from the airport for us. We had great traditional breakfast at permices. Freat value for money.

Our stay at Riad Puchka in early January was absolutely wonderful. Despite the winter season, daytime temperatures were consistently above 20°C, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable.
The riad is spotlessly clean, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The hosts are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that guests have everything they need.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast, which is included in the booking. We also booked a couple of tours through the riad, and they were excellent—well-organized and a great way to explore Marrakech and its surroundings.
The riad is conveniently located, with most major attractions within walking distance. The famous Jemaa El Fnaa square, for example, is just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the neighborhood is full of kind and warm-hearted people, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The facilities at the riad are excellent. The Wi-Fi connection is stable, and the decor throughout the property is charming and authentic. While the pool was under renovation during our stay, we’re confident it will be a fantastic highlight for future guests once completed.
We stayed in a room on the rooftop terrace, which we absolutely loved. The bed was spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The room was equipped with a fully functioning air conditioner, and there was always hot water available.
The overall price-to-value ratio was outstanding.

Great people there. Proactive helping you. Super friendly. Everything is clean. Beautiful room. They cleaned our room daily. The offer a cute breakfast and there was always tea. They will offer you tea even when you don’t ask for it. Will go back when I visit Marrakech again inshallah.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this Riad! It's beautiful and clean. It's in a really central area, very close to the square and souks (less than a 10 minute walk). The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The morning after I arrived, my charger broke and my phone died. Abdessamad helped me to retrieve a new one and made me feel safe navigating the neighborhood as I had arrived alone a night before the rest of my friends. The people here are SO nice, it's amazing to see such beautiful culture in Morocco. I highly recommend this Riad!

The attention of the front desk attendant was very nice, he pick us up from the spot where the taxi leave us, he welcomed us to the riad with the most delicious mint tea that I taste in Morocco, he even offered to prepare breakfast for us earlier than usual as we have an early tour, the room was nice and the riad has a real Morocco vive, the neighborhood looks kind of dangerous but we had no problems even when we came back ti the riad at mid night.

Excellent stay with a relax atmosphere and friendly staff.
The room was so Cousy with a very nice Berber decoration and warm feeling.
We just loved the pool after a day in the souk and the heat.

We had a great stay at Riad Puchka. Everything went very smoothly including airport pick up and check in. The Riad is a very peaceful place to come back to after taking in the hustle and bustle of the medina.

Great Experience, liked the staff and overall the accommodation. Wouldn't book over them but rather over get your guide, but still the best choice if you want to experience the medina of Marrakesch. Thank you for having us. Hope you'll have a good future.

A beautiful sanctuary just behind closed doors. We were wowed by this place, both our spacious room send the pool area. The friendly staff who were amazing at walking us to and from our carpark and helped in general. The pool was refreshing and breakfast far exceeded our expectations. So convenient to walk to medina too. Stayed here as a family of 6 (4 kids).

We were given the choice of two rooms which was great — both were well sized. Our room got really bright in the morning but this may just be the room we chose (which was entered through the rooftop but is a level below). There was no hand towel but our towels were changed daily as well as bed sheets. There were some cobwebs when we arrived but otherwise, very clean. Something to note is if you are tall, the mirrors won’t be useful to you! I’m 5’10 and had to crouch down to be able to see my face in either, but not really an issue. There’s no TV in the room but a common one by the pool. We were there during the Euros and they let us watch the matches there. On one occasion, the TV stopped working and they let us watch in the office!
The Riad is in the heart of the medina. Definitely book your transfer from the airport with them as you won’t find it otherwise — we got lost our first day even after being shown how to get there. You need to walk along some alleyways in which cars can not come onto and Google maps is not helpful. As two young girls alone this was quite scary. Zakaria and Abdessamad picked us up from our taxi and walked us home which was so sweet and made us feel really safe. The staff were all incredibly friendly at all times.
The breakfast is amazing. Available 8:30 to 11 so was great for us who like to sleep in. The pool is also amazing and a great feature of the Riad.

We had the most amazing stay at Riad Puchka. The hosts were very friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay The building was clean and it was also possible to book local activities. The room was cleaned every day and the reception was available 0-24. We made use of their taxi support from and to the airport. I would recommend this accomodation!
