My husband and I loved this Riad. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The Riad was beautiful and had lovely roof terraces. It was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was lovely.

This is a beautiful Riad — clean and comfortable with stunning decor. We stayed in the family suite with teenagers. Breakfast is generous in the elegant dining area.

What an absolute gem of a riad.

We just spent 3 nights in this riad and it was exceptional. The staff, especially Said, was most accommodating and helpful in any aspect. The room was big and nice.

We just spent three nights at Art Place Hoel & Ryad. What a fantastic place to stay. The location couldn’t have been better situated right in the main square.

We were eight adults on our first visit to Morocco; Art Place Hotel and Ryad was our first port of call… our introduction to the country, so to say. The airport pick up was smooth.

Stayed0302/2026 for three nights. Booked a taxi through holiday extras, it was a smooth and easy transfer from airport to riad. Taxi dropped us off at the top of an alley and had a short walk.

My room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was served in the outdoor courtyard each day. Freshly made omelettes and crepes, however the coffee was disappointing.

We did the pool pass and spa. We especially appreciated Hanan at the spa who accommodated us despite a mix up with our reservation.

Tucked away down an alleyway off of the souk is this absolute gem! An oasis amongst the hustle and bustle (and craziness) of the locals selling from their stores to the mopeds racing past.

We stayed at the deluxe room for 7days.

I loved going for a massage in the evening, using the sauna and steam room.

The day we arrived was the room not like we expected, but immediately when we asked for a other room the showed us another room and helped us with the suitcase.

The rooms are very promising. I guess it's because there are a lot of business travelers. The rooms are not traditional riad-style. However, the location is top-notch, right in front of Carrefour.

Hotel rooms have a nice design and are overall clean and spacious. Just the bathroom is a bit cramped with lack of space around the sink to place your own amenities.
