If you want a Riad experience this is not it — I decided to book because I work in the afternoons till late but it was the worse decision ever. The location is awful; as a solo female traveler I don’t feel safe AT ALL walking late in the area. There’s nothing around the riad. The services of the riad were awful: the internet was SLOW and it will get disconnected all the time, even when they tried changing my room. On top of the cherry when I changed my room I left a small bag with my underwear and some headbands and they didn’t have the courtesy to try to give it back. Also, when I came I had to carry my heavy luggage, I called and texted and no one answered even though I told them I needed help with my luggage, same thing when I left; I had to carry down my luggage and they wanted to charge me $30 bucks to help me? Where’s the hospitality? I didn’t experience a Riad at all more like a hotel in the middle of nowhere. Also even the breakfast was awful, only sweet things. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Booked this Riad with high expectations given the overwhelming good reviews, but wow were we disappointed.
The pool is very small, cant really call this a pool, never used by anyone whilst we were there and not clean.
The room I had was fine, a double and a single bed, which were comfortable, with decent pillows. My room had a fridge which wasnt plugged in, couldnt be plugged in as the cable was nowhere near long enough to reach a socket, so it just sat there although none of the other rooms had a fridge. There are rugs all over the room which can be quite slippy, and there are no hangers, and limited storage space.
The bathroom had seen better days, very uninviting, with a toilet seat that didnt fit. Toileteries wre provided in two plastic bottles, pink and orange, with no idea what they were for.
Breakfast was average at best, nice fresh orange juice, with an assortment of bread — you have to ask for the omlette, and thats it. There is no bar area.
The Riad is at least a 20 minute walk from the main square.
We felt the description on our booling site and their own website os very misleading and complained to the manager.

Excellent stay. Sadly I only was there for one night. But I was greeted with tea and delicious biscuits. I slept VERY well. The bed was super comfy. I was also pleased with the fact that there was a heater/air conditioner so I was at a lovely comfortable temperature. I got a transfer from the airport, and it was relieving to be able to pay for it at the accommodation, without having to worry about cash/card/atms etc. Riad was a very welcoming host. Breakfast was also very delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay.
