Place is very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and the small amount of staff were helpful when asked. They do not heat the pool regularly (we asked and they mentioned it steams everything up) so if you are looking for that likely not the best option for you. One thing is that sound does bounce around a lot in the center space by the pool so you may end up waking up a bit earlier than expected due to birds or others having breakfast (breakfast starts at 8). Not super far from the sights and the markets but a bit of a walk (25-30 min). Really enjoyed our room but shower/bath (pictured) was something new to get used too. Current Google maps location is correct if you need help finding it.
The riad is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious, which is not usual in Marrakech. Fatima took great care of us, she was like a Marocain mom. Will be happy to come back there next time! Merci Lala Fatima :-)

Great breakfast and lovely host. The AC doesn’t work well but everything else was fine. Location is in the middle of old city so cars will drop you off 6-8 walking min away from the riad.
