Riad Bazaar Cafe

We were looking for a reasonably priced restaurant that also served alcohol and Bazaar Cafe was perfect! We were served by Brahim who was very attentive and friendly. The food was so delicious, I had the fish skewers which were great and the cold beer on the rooftop was just what we needed. Thank you!

One of our preferred places to go for drinks. The view on the rooftop was really great and chilled atmosphere, good sunshine throughout the day! The food was okay, would stick to basics but def worth visiting.

We went Bazar Cafe for lunch and we had the pleasure to be served by Mustapha.
Mustapha was so helpful and so friendly. He took great care of us and we had one of the best tagines (fish) of our trip and the lentil soup was delicious. They make their own ice cream, a must have…
If you drink alcohol, this is the place to enjoy a drink on a beautiful terrace in a quiet area of the Medina.
The Riad looks amazing… we didn’t stay here on this trip but maybe we will on the next!

We had lunch here. A seemingly obscure restaurant but amazing food with great views and top notch service. They had a baby chair for our toddler which was a huge plus. We ordered the zaalouk (arguably the best I’ve ever had) and had beef tagine with dried fruit which was also delicious. The mint sorbet was so fresh and unique. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I'm rating the restaurant. Got in with no reservation so that was good for us. The food was decent, not horrible but not great. The lamb tagine was meh very dry lamb, so was the veggie cuscus. The fish was the best thing we had tonight. They have alcohol and the service was good. Can't complain.

Nice rooftop restaurant. Good food and good prices, although my wife was a little disappointed with her Moroccan salad. Lovely drinks, nice staff. A person on the next table was a post-meal smoker and cat feeder. If you don't mind passive smoking and cats it could be the place for you.

Best food we had, really generous portions, really delicious, quick and efficient service, and very reasonable prices. Excellent drink options too with alcoholic options (not everywhere does here). Highly recommend!

We came for drinks only. Good price for sparkling wine & beer. Baba our waiter was very pleasant. Would recommend for alcoholic drinks. Happy hour before 6 which we missed. Set on a lovely terrace in a beautiful riad.

This cafe/ restaurant was only a 10 minute walk from are riad they offer wine and a variety of different cocktails that are very good! The food was amazing as well. The staff was very kind and we acctually had great conversation because of how welcoming they are. My sister and I came back twice! I highly recommend this place to anyone and if I come back to Morroco I will definitely come back! :)

The tajine was cooked to perfection: tender meat, flavorful vegetables, and spices balanced just right to please any palate. They also serve wine and beer, which is rare in Marrakech and makes the experience even better. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish.

Delicious and traditional dishes served, everything was so tasty! The cocktails were very refreshing mint mojito which came with happy hour tapas. Nabil our waiter was so nice and friendly. Our second time coming here and always great :)

A beautiful little dinner spot we stumbled across in search for a bottle of beer and an Aperol spritz! The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious and the scenery was stunning with rooftop views over Marrakech to the mountains.

Came here for lunch and enjoyed everything I ordered. Food was fresh and service was really good. Mustapha was very attentive and made sure I had a good time. Very much recommend.

We found Bazaar cafe marrakech by accident, & I'm so glad we did. It has a relaxed, cosy, vibe. The food was really good. We ate there twice during our week in marrakesh, once for evening dinner, & for lunch on our last day. My friend is vegan, & the staff were so good at listening to her questions, & advising which dishes were suitable. All staff who served us, were so lovely, especially Abdou, who served us on our last day. We followed his suggestions as to what to order, & it was all delicious!

Just had a late lunch here. The food was excellent - tender lamb in the tagine and fall-off-the-bone chicken couscous. Loved the harissa soup - a must try and no worries about being too spicy. They have cold beer and finished off the meal with a very refreshing vodka/lemon sorbet. Thanks to Yasmin, our server, for a great experience. They have jazz music in the background too - how good is that!!

We came in for a couple of drinks, and I felt snackish and ordered a bruschetta. The beer was ok, and my partner enjoyed her cocktail (Americano), but the bread with bruschetta was stale, I would advise against getting food here. Nice rooftop terrace and relatively quiet, too.

We had dinner on their rooftop. A wonderful setting with a mountain as a faraway backdrop.
We had taktouka, spaghetti cacio & pepe (aglio olio), chicken tajine with vegetables, and beef tajine dried fruit. I like taktouka and beef tajine the most, while others in our like chicken tajine better.
Mastapha, our server, was courteous and friendly. 👍
We arrived early and got a table right the way. But I reckon reservations are desirable for dinner at normal dinner time.
