It is like an oasis in the hectic city of Marrakech. The staff was so helpful that they even gave us a local mobile phone to be able to call them whenever if needed. Please keep up the good work.

It's a marvel. It transports you to another world. Decorated with a lot of mime and detail. Relax and calm. Delicate and fragrant smells. Each of the lights of the establishment placed in the perfect place.

Great stay at Riad Charm d'Orient! The whole team is very careful, always there to give the right advice. The location is perfect, we did everything on foot during our week in Marrakech!

This magnificent Riad is ideally located close to many points of interest (Saadian tombs, Palais Bahia, Palais El Badii, Dar SI Saïd…) and less de15 MN walk from Jemaa El Fna square. Everything is thought for your well being: hearty and varied breakfasts, quiet, comfort and absolute cleanliness of the rooms, superb decoration without any false note, Wi-Fi everywhere, possibility to eat on site, mobile phone delivered for the duration of stay to be able to reach the Riad at any time… And above all, Laurence and Alain are friendly and warm hosts who know how to put you immediately at ease: it feels like you have been greeted by long-time friends! And their team — always smiling and helpful — is of unrivalled kindness. Everything was absolutely perfect during our 5 day stay. We will return, for sure, for other discoveries with excursions proposed by the Riad.

A wonderful Stay in a stylish Atmosphere The stay in the Riyadh was perfect. The Location is very central, most of it accessible on Foot. Laurence (the Owner) is very warm and helpful. She explains in detail everything Worth seeing and also gives Tips for the Stay such as Local Idiosyncrasies of The Inhabitants of Marrakech. I even got an Emergency Phone from her. The Staff is very friendly and fulfills all Wishes. My Special Requests for Breakfast were accepted immediately and not forgotten about my entire Stay! The Rooms are clean and give the Feeling of 1001 Nights, with each Room having its own Design.

Really nice place, nice refuge from the chaotic Marrakech city. The owners are really nice, very nice people working there, good breakfast, rooms were nice. Probably the best experience we had in Marrakech.

It is a lovely, cozy place. The service is very good, the decoration and atmosphere keeps the traditional aspects with a high quality standards and good taste.

Amazing Riad. Top quality. One of the best accommodations I have ever been. The staff was very helpful and charming and they serve really nice breakfast. Rooms were spacious, super clean and with many nice details to make you feel so good. Laurence and Said made our trip unforgettable.

Laurence, Alain and all his small team welcome you warmly in this superb Riad in the heart of the medina. Everything is perfect, day and night calm. The impeccable cleanliness of the Riad and our room (abdelhadi). Breakfast more than plentiful … The Riad is decorated with great taste by its guests. We chose this Riad after reading the many positive reviews and we do not regret our choice. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The Riad is strategically located to visit The must-see monuments of Marrakech. I also advise future travellers to visit the different districts of Marrakech by horse-drawn carriage (wintering, guéliz, etc…), ) better than the taxi. We will return with pleasure to the Riad charm of the Orient and this time we will make one of the excursions proposed by Said. Another big thank you to Laurence, Alain, Said and his brother, Latiffa and Amira for their kindness … we met beautiful people! Said will give you all the info for your visits, restaurants, etc…
The most that makes the difference: you are given for the time of your stay a laptop (or you can reach Said 24 hours a day) it is very safe if you get lost in the medina …

This would be the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at, not only because of the facilities but the staff are just so very helpful and welcoming. They even give you a phone to use in case you get lost in the back streets of Marrekesh. This is a fabulous place to stay.

The hotel owner, Laurence, is fabulous. She made us feel at home during our stay at the riad. She made an effort to engage all her guests and make sure that they are all well taken care of. Such hospitality is not something you get from the hotel chain. This alone is worth staying here. The riad location is about 10 mins walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square and souks so you can always walk back whenever you are tired. The room is clean, comfortable and well decorated. I also like the scent of the riad/room. More non-bread items for breakfast will be good. Recommended for anyone who's visiting Marrakesh.

This riad (= kind of a hotel) is one of the best places I ever been abroad. I was really sad while leaving it. Its right in the center of Marrakech and just a few minutes away from the big markets. The personal is the best I have ever seen. Everything is cleaned up, the breakfast was great and the rooms are magnificent. ==> A 100% recommendation!

Its location, its way of doing things, their environment, their staff, their breakfasts, the care of their facilities, all make it perfect.
