I spent one night at Albakech Hotel and everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind, and I truly loved my stay. Even though it was only for one night, I will definitely come back for a longer stay next time.

Exceptional Stay – Truly Five-Star Experience!
I can’t rate this hotel highly enough – if it were possible to give ten stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were treated like royalty. The rooms were immaculate, the restaurant outstanding, and the location unbeatable.
Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to Hadim, who was on shift throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make our visit truly unforgettable.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel – it exceeded all my expectations!

Only had dinner here, so we didn’t stay in the hotel. Upon arrival the host at reception was extremely polite and very kind. He showed us around and they set up a table outside upon our request. Service was great, food delicious! I recommend this place!

We stayed at this hotel and honestly had the best time. The room was beautiful, it gave that Riad vibe without having to walk through narrow alleys, which made things so much easier since we had kids and a lot of luggage. The location was great too. Oussama and Omar were super friendly and made us feel so welcome from the start. Breakfast was really good and different every morning. We’d love to come back again, inshallah.

Hotel was lovely & far exceeded my expectations. I took a journey to Morocco for a close friends wedding at the end of June 2025. This hotel was one of the recommended stay's and it was worth every cent! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful upon check in and carried my overweight bag upstairs. The people that were staying at the hotel for the wedding were upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel was a little hard to find at first (Yes, you ARE SUPPOSED TO DRIVE ON THE SIDEWALK TO GET TO THE HOTEL). I wish I had more free time during my stay to enjoy the pool but I did partake in the free breakfast each morning during my 3 night stay and MAN WAS I IMPRESSED! The breakfast had a little bit of everything and VERY FILLING. The atmosphere was authentic including the sultan that welcomed me upon arriving. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I travel back to Marrakech. The price for the rooms is a great value too! The cleaning ladies did a great job and let me sleep in when I requested not to be disturbed. Unfortunately, I tried to upload some photos but my videos are too large and the website will not allow me to upload.

I would recommend anyone travelling to Marrakesh for the first time stay at Albakech! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and like it’s your second home, from serving traditional mint tea and pastries on arrival to greeting you every day when you walk past reception and providing extremely useful tips for travelling in Morocco — huge thanks to Hosni for acting as our personal local guide and making sure our stay was unforgettable!
Breakfast is a very personal service and the kitchen are very accommodating for dietary requirements, making changes to dishes when required but occasionally the language barrier may lead to misunderstandings, however the staff are more than happy to make changes when asked. They even set up a table outside by the pool for dinner just for us and made the evening feel very special!
The room had coffee pods and a well stocked minibar, I would suggest adding some tea to the selection. The hottest setting on the shower was only slightly warm, which was nice and cool after a hot day but the water was a bit cold in the mornings. The atmosphere is incredible and the place is very clean while maintaining a rustic feel, and the spa service is well priced and great quality.
The location is right next to the Al Mazar mall which has lots of food options and a Carrefour supermarket, and is only a 10 minute taxi ride into central Marrakesh — the reception staff are more than happy to book a taxi at a good price!

We stayed in a Riad for the first three nights, but the bustle of the medina center was a bit much, so we spent the rest of the 2 nights at this gorgeous hotel. It is currently being renovated, and they have a done a great job with it. Very serene vibe in the hotel lobby. Being greeted with treats and tea service when we first arrived was lovely. And the daily breakfast was different each day, and honestly felt more like a brunch then breakfast given how much food was given. The rooms were large, clean and basic. Our bathroom did have an odd odor. But overall it was nice room, which was cleaned very well by the staff. The pool is not heated, so we were unfortunately unable to use it. However would still recommend this hotel overall.

Albakech was a beautiful experience. We arrived late, but Yassine at the reception greeted us with a warm smile and served us mint tea. The room was very comfortable, spacious with bright lighting. The bathrooms were very good. In the morning the breakfast was excellent. Sarah was at the reception in the morning. She was very pleasant t to chat with. The housekeeping team is also very good. The entire place always had a lovely aroma, and the decor is gorgeous. I will definitely recommend this place.

Lovely hotel with super bubbly and kind staff. Would say the organisation is a bit chaotic and I’m not sure if it is truly a 4 star. Breakfast is amazing but you either get a choice of everything on the menu or you can try and communicate that you would like some but not all but due to the language barrier it was difficult. The menu seems like you can tick the items you want off but there is no one so you ultimately have to be full or hungry. They offered a free 30 minute massage with a 3 course meal however when we went for dinner they had one main option available which was lamb chops and super dry. On the cleaning one day it was great the other day they would forget items such as filling the water up. The mini bar was super expensive even though the fridge didn’t work. We tried the hammas massage, it was okay but you can get better in the medina. I think with more organisation it would be much better…

This is a great boutique hotel. Excellent service, with warm, attentive staff.
Whilst they complete the check in process, you are welcomed into the lobby with mint tea to rest from your travels.
Rooms are very clean, warm and well stocked with coffee machines/kettle.
Freshly cooked breakfast as a plated service is also a great plus!
Hotel is completing some further works and I think will make it even more fabulous place to stay. Would recommend!

I recently stayed at this Hotel during a business trip and had a very positive experience.
The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided useful recommendations for local dining and activities.
My room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep each night. The bathroom was modern and the shower had excellent water pressure. I was also pleased to find complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold items, catering to different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious, and the dining area was bright.
Overall, I had an excellent stay at this Hotel and would not hesitate to book here again on future trips to the city. The combination of great location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly service make this hotel a top choice.

We had a wonderful stay here!
I have been to Marrakech before and this time we opted to stay outside of the crowded medina for a more relaxing experience. It was still about 10 minutes away. We were able to watch the sunset from our hotel.
We were greeted with tea and cookies, and the breakfast was delicious with many options. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The staff was wonderful and helped us coordinate excursions and our massages at the hotel. There is a mall and cinema nearby. I would stay here again.
