A beautiful place, well maintained, a very friendly and professional team, always kept smiling thank you for everything.

One of the most beautiful Riad, the Manager is super friendly, the staff is really top.
The kitchen… The kitchen is perfect, take Kefta tajines, but also and especially the one with olive lemon chicken, a killing!
Not to mention the delicious breakfasts.
Bright, very nice, to do.
Think about asking for a guide, even 3h it's worth it!
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Mint tea also to take anywhere in the Riad, it's fun!
And don't forget to go for a ride on the roof, the view is exceptional.

Ouady and Ibrahim are the most excellent hosts! The riad is beautiful with amazing detail throughout, but the service and hospitality take it to another level. My first few days in Morocco have been hectic, but I am departing Le Palais Bahia Fès much more relaxed as the riad offers such tranquil and calming vibes. Everything is at your own pace and everyone really does make you feel like you're at home (in your own palace, no less). Merci mille fois pour cette expérience merveilleuse. Si je me retrouve à nouveau à Fes, je resterais avec des amis au Palais Bahia Fès!
(Also never say no to the amazing coffee these guys make! The best in Morocco! )

This Hotel is not a good deal. It is far from any good restaurants (a 22 minute walk to the nearest good restaurant, The Ruined Gardent). I do not understand why anyone would chose to stay here instead of Batha or near the Blue Gate, it was certainly a mistake for my family. The place is dirty and we had a roach in our room. The beds were not made during the day and we had to ask for more toilet paper and soap. The shower drain was clogged and would not drain. Our room is very bland as well, the walls are mostly bare which is not the norm here in Morocco. Breakfast is not included and is 10 Euro per person per day, an outrageous price in Morocco where a 10 Euro meal is a full dinner at a high end restaurant. To compare, with 10 Euro you could purchase 20 cups of espresso. The Hotel manager was very kind, but his English and Spanish were not good, to the point of great difficulty. He recommended us a restaurant which was totally empty and around 21-30 Euro a dish (again, an absolutely outrageous price in Morocco). After we finished, the chef gave him a free meal! We paid for his meal! This Hotel is overpriced. It would have to be an incredible Riad to justify this price in this part of the Medina. It is not. It is dirty, bland, inconvenient, and expensive. I have been living in Morocco for a month now, and this Riad is worse than $15 a night AirBnB. This Riad is nearly $200 a night and this is not justified.

Lovely 'out of the way' place — excellent location from which to visit the Medina. The Team where wonderful. Ouady the manager is very helpful — always willing to assist with guides & excursions around the Medina and beyond to Meknes etc A special mention for Hamid who was very attentive and helpful.

Palais Bahia in Fes was like uncovering a rare diamond from underneath the rubble. Prior to arriving to the hotel the walk through the chaotic, busy, loud, old medina will have you worried maybe even scared, but not to fright cause as soon as you arrive you will find yourself grinning from excitement as you feel safe at home. The majestic Bahia palace will capture you with its beauty and its different unique artistic rooms will fascinate you. The experience is then completed with over the top service and excellent hospitality. And if all that was not enough then Ouady Aouis the manager at Bahia will go over & beyond his duties to ensure that his guests, whom feel like family by now, have a wonderful stay.

Was a great stay. Such friendly staff and best value for money!
