Quite good, our room and bathroom is little bit small but sufficient. Very helpfull staff here.

Couldn't be nicer hosts. The room was amazing. The location central to everything.

The place is very nice cozy and very quiet.

Perfectly located in the Fez Medina. Shared areas and bedroom were very nice. The greeting mint tea was nice. The bathroom was in a well-used condition. There was no cold water, until we figured out that the tap needed a little bit of convincing! The floor mats were very dirty. We needed a taxi and the Riad was very helpful and the receptionist took us to where the taxi was waiting, since the nearest car park is at a fair distance. We are overall happy with this Riad.

Just back from Fes in this riad. Very good choice. Well placed, clean, staff available, terrace with one of the most beautiful views possible on the medina! Do not hesitate.

This Dar, in my opinion, is very well located, very close to the door Bouljoud (Bab el Bouljoud or Blue Gate) and on 1 of the 2 "Main Streets" of the Medina.
It has one of the highest terraces of the medina, this one would win for me however to have benches to be more cosy and pleasant, in any case in inter season (our stay between Christmas/day of the year 2017/2018).
It is easily identifiable, close to a bank distributor, a currency exchange, small taxis or large taxi, in short this is very interesting and a big advantage to avoid wasting time and its nerves depending on the length of the stay. You can easily go to the new city or the airport, but especially everyone knows where this door is! And can therefore orient you if you are lost.
The staff are attentive, discreet and available (thanks especially to Fatima for her kindness! )
Actually the bathrooms in view of the other opinions aired (ex in my case, towel rack that falls, tap controller missing) could be the subject of work menus, but do not lose sight that we are in a medina where everything is brought or A donkey's back spring or a small hand cart!

Very nice place and people. If you are going to stay in Fes it is the best place to spend few nights.

Excellent location to visit the center of Fez, beautiful terrace, cozy rooms great dinner, friendly staff. A very pleasant stay!

Pros : -great view from the terrace — you can see the whole Medina, it's one of the highest Riads in Fes -room 7 has a beautiful sculpted ceiling -great breakfast -warm and welcoming hosts -very close to the blue gate -room has a safe with key -working AC and TV -room 7 is spacious, has a couch too cons: -room 7 ceiling a bit low on hight (2, 4 meters tops) -bathroom is a bit smelly -the toilet button needs to be pressed really hard to work -stairs are steep, need to watch out where you thread -poor Wi-Fi connection, also top floor and terrace signal is pretty weak.

Right in the heart of the old city, rooms are decent, clean, air conditioned if you want. Youssef (one of the hosts) gave decent recommendations, went out of his way to help us secure other travel plans/logistics, and informative about local culture. Decently easy to find from Bab Bajloud on your first day walking through the old city, which can be a bit overwhelming.

Beautiful piece of history. I loved staying there!

Very good choice has the former we do a jump of 7 centuries back. Just avoid the ground floor room there ' a noise from the breakfast that disturbs fat morning.
