Very nice place, spacious and clean room. Just the Wi-Fi hardly worked in the room it's a shame.

The last time I would set foot there again. Very very poor service. The Room service that almost never responds, an overwhelmed staff who lack training and professionalism, a lifeguard almost absent (only one who leaves the pool sometimes). The kids club was in a lamentable state (Very dirty leftover food on the floor, very dirty toilets …), The food is very average too expensive for what it is (you eat better in the local snack), to have a deckchair in the beach you have to pay 150 DH per person even if you are a resident at the hotel, in short, a lamentable service worthy of a 2-star hotel. Extremely disappointed. Brief lamentable service.

Very slow service : We understand if the order takes time but we don't understand if he keeps serving other people while we were there first. We didn't even get the chance to order haha we hardly got the menu. After talking to the waiter he didn't take much action and was kind of rude. WC needs little effort too but I blame it mostly on the customer.

I didn't like the hotel. The front desk staff are unwelcoming. Immediate observation: tjs of problems with customers (bad billing, rooms not yet available and this around 5pm, lack of cleanliness, equipment w. C deteriorated …). Reception agents are not listening to customers.

Good location but it is not a 5* hotel. Maybe not even worth 4* if you consider the degradation and service quality. When we arrived at 18.30h one room was still being cleaned, the AC did not work, fridge was broken and there was no TV remote and no towels for shower. We have alerted the the reception that tried to fix some of those problem. Because of the problems, It was almost 21h when we tried to take a bath but there was no hot water. This problem was not solved the following day — I still showered in room temperature water. We left the hotel to have dinner exhausted after a big trip at 21.45 A very Bad first day experience. Overall the hotel is in need of renovation and the staff is highly inefective. The bathroom was full of fungi, furtiture is damaged, the pool lacked maintenance — the water was disgusting — not transparent but almost white (at any time of day). Spa was undergoing maintenance. Talking about service, everyone is friendly, but they are slow and they always get some part of your order wrong. On three separate occasions we paid in cash and the waiter either took more than 10 whole minutes to bring us the change back or "forgot" to bring the change. This is not a professional way to ask for a tip. On the plus side the room was clean but I would not expect any different. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very expensive for the value that you get (17 EUR per breakfast, 3 EUR per cafe and price per night is also high).

Incompetent staff, air conditioning not working, Wi-Fi extremely shaky, hopefully you can load one webpage every 20 min, we haven't been notified that our reservation checkout date was moved by one day sooner. The hotel is called golf and spa but there's no spa, hammam and sauna are out of order. Here a mojito === lemonade. Beach is cool though.

The hotel is very well located. As desired, our room was very quiet except the bathroom which was not very top. Comfortable beds. Impeccable service, personalized.
The Bar and the International restaurant also highly recommendable.
I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Nous sommes revenus au Pullman Mazagan, et ce n’est pas la première fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec un grand choix de produits. La chambre est très bien, avec des jolies attentions de la part de la femme de chambre chaque jour, qui fait un super travail en plus d’être d’une grande gentillesse. A tous les niveaux nous sommes satisfaits (Réception, service, restauration, spa, piscine), les équipes sont toujours aux petits soins et de bonne humeur, on espère vite les retrouver lors des prochaines vacances!

Currently at the Pullman on Holiday J appreciates the friendliness of the hotel staff they are very professional with always a special attention C is nice to see people like that every day. It is a quiet place with a beautiful living environment and very well maintained we think back very soon because 1 week passes fast there is so much to do. The beach near the hotel is large, horseback riding or quouade are currently being done. It is a place I recommend because you will not be disappointed.

The facilities are pretty good, the pool is big and the room too. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant serves well prepared local food, for putting something negative the price of the buffet seems somewhat elevated.

An absolutely perfect weekend. Comfortable room, services to small care, I want to emphasize the quality of the reception professionalism, the bartender of the evening who has a knowledge and know-how absolutely bluffing, attitude and attention to measure there are so many positives that we do not Even know where to start. We were in a professional seminar in El Jadida that we did not know. The hotel is very friendly. The place is idyllic, our room was spacious and nice. The service is impeccable whether at the bar, at the restaurant or at the reception, everything is done to make your stay enjoyable.

For those who know the chain, no surprise: the (quasi) Perfection and excellence: A staff to the small care, a garden of all beauty, a modern decoration, two swimming pools including one for children with playground dedicated to the outside, rooms Spacious with excellent bedding. The three restaurants are very fine, with a quick service.

I had a nice stay at the Pullman, the staff are very nice.
Despite the closure of the SPA, the spa team was very responsive and they set up massage spaces which are very friendly, on my side I was satisfied with the delivery of the spa.
The reception is always tuned, the restoration is perfect (the food is very good).
I am satisfied with my room, very spacious with an ocean view (very important to me), the room maintenance was done every morning at the time we leave to have our breakfast after we returned everything was Nikel.
I will come back to this hotel, it is on and certain and I thank all the Pullman staff for their welcome and kindness!

We spent two nights at the Pullman. What a beautiful place where everything brings you to relaxation. We start with our arrival all with a smile. The staff are adorable, helpful, feel like home already. Visit the premises and then you are accompanied to your room. I must say that we traveled a lot, we stayed in several 5 stars but the rooms at this hotel far exceed some 5 stars! The rooms are beautiful with a king size bed, very nice bathroom with shower, large terrace, ours overlooked the sea. Only downside the breakfast which is pretty basic for an establishment of this quality, but it was fine.
We will be back for sure as it was a really magical weekend.

Hotel aging, but bedding at the top. The service bar is not up to par, but the breakfast as well as the golf cover club, are worth a visit, we eat very well. The golf course next door is perfect.

Hotel is tired and nerds refurb drinks are very expensive location is nice but isolated without a car must have been very good when new. There is a new Mazagan down the road all in all good for the experience think it would be mostly Moroccan and French clientell.

I went there several times in 2017.
This is an extremely well maintained hotel.
Home: Perfect rooms: I let you discover in the photos. They are very very good.
Food: Excellent.
Staff: No photo they are well trained and I even think they have access to continuous training.
Still to do: refining a gym a slight drop in prices Stimulrais the Moroccan middle class because currently the hotel is only accessible to the rich.

Wooow the best holliday there.

High price for broken furniture, dirty carpets, morning metal sounds. Poorly maintained golf course. The breakfast was fair enough. In general not recommended for the price they charge.

The reception and service were up to par. We were there on a weekend in July with few people. Regarding the drinks, it is a bit expensive, and we could not test the restaurant that was privatized during the 2 nights we were there.

I liked: Ocean, weather, big parking. Didn’t like: 1. Breakfast. Small choice. Lack of spoons, forks, etc; personnel uses their hands instead — scary in Africa; the price is too high for such low quality. 2. Wi-Fi. Pullman should invest less in ads, that Wifi is free and unlimited, and more in the connection speed. Wi-Fi was a nightmare. 3. Hotel in general looks old and in need of some renovation: inside the rooms and fitness center, including the equipment. 4. Service level is quite low.

Dine there with my family and some friends with children. The food and the treatment very good.

Rooms with lots of moisture and mildew. Appearance of the pitiful shower tray (see photo). Cleanliness stands out for its audience. I still don't understand why there were so many cats in the restaurant before the passivity of the waiters! The price I find exaggerated given the quality of the hotel.

You pay 100-150 euro for a room which might have water damages, Broken furnitures. The hotel is not maintained, mold in the spa, mold by the pool etc. Corrosion om gym equipment, ac Broken since Long time. Its mainly a lottery how you get treated. I ordered coffee but newer got it, sometimes you Chase the staff and they can be hard to get. Seems like owners are taking lots of money instead of keeping the hotel in Good shape. Some older staff are really nice but cant make Up for the overall lack of service.

I am on a work assignment in Morocco El Jadida for 90 days. I have been staying at the Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf and Spa my entire stay in Morocco. I travel allot for work and stay at allot of hotels. I have been doing so for as long as I can remember. Out of the 100s of hotels I have stayed at the Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf and Spa has been my best experience. The people that work their are among the nicest and helpful people I have ever met. I know if you choose to stay here while in Morocco — you will not be disappointed. This is a great and wonderful place.
