Cheap Hotels in Yucatán

This is a stunning hostel. I haven't stayed in one for many years, but this place is a haven from busy Merida, but central to everything. Dorms are clean and quiet and the breakfasts are awesome 👌

Great hostel in a perfect location. SUPER SAFE with keys to the rooms and a code to unlock on the front door. It was perfectly situated in walking distance to all the sights and the bus station.

Very nice place. A bit of a walk to Centro but we like the exercise. Great place to stay for a good price!

We had an amazing hotel stay here for my birthday. The grounds are impeccably clean and well manicured. The rooms are a great size with good water pressure and hot water.

Highly recommended. The service, location and facility are truly nice.

Enormous room for reasonable price. Good location.

Amazing place! Everything was perfect, staff is always there to help. Beautiful cenotes, open spaces and a lot of activities. Delicious breakfast at the restaurant.

This place was not quite what we were expecting, but offered an interesting experience.
Positives:
* Nice rooms and quiet location.

Very clean room, nice Place, 10 minutes walking from central square.

Really a great room, really clean and the price was amazing! The parking was a big plus for us.

Excellent hotel, very clean, the beds in perfect condition, maybe they just need a minibar.

The place is quiet, very close to the main square.
Booking was easy, they accept transfers and cash payment.
The prices are very affordable.
They do not accept pets 🥲

Had a good stay — nice neighborhood, friendly staff.
You will have to pay for extra toilet paper.
Overall a pleasant stay!
Would recommend if you're considering this hotel!

Good location. Comfortable bed and rooms. Great public transportation Va y Ven to every where we went in Merida (get the application).

I really love this hostel! I was planning to stay there just for a few days, but I kept extending and eventually stayed for a Christmas.

This place is a gem! The owner is so friendly and gives you amazing tips to visit the city and around. The homemade pancakes are delicious and we loved the family vibe there as the place is small.

The appartment was well equipped, incl kitchen, coffee machine (and Coffee) and drinking fresh water.
I like the room style. You hear everything… it was a bit noisy. No breakfast options.

It was really nice. But it can get very loud at night.

Awesome hostel. They really try hard to have something going on for residents every night. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.

I love this place! Clean and tidy and great vibes. I just had a cocktail tasting with Victor. Only 100pesos and we got 4 cocktails plus 3 shots! Tried some very traditional drinks — all delicious.

The shared bathrooms are really clean. The rooftop and courtyard were great to hang out. Friendly staff, would recommend for budget friendly travellers:)

Best place of our holiday! Kind people, beautiful room, relaxed vibe, kitchen & pool available, it is clean and amazing price! All we could wish for in an accommodation!

10/10
Chavo (Shahab) is full of love and kindness. He made an amazing Persian style breakfast on the rooftop and was always available to help.

Chavo was so warm and welcoming, we enjoyed our stay in Villadolid. Thank you for the delicious breakfast each morning!

Escentrice Hostel is really cool and stylish. Also the people who work there are lovely and helpful. I had to check in 6am, which was okay. They have 24h front desk.

Best hostel I’ve stayed at during my travels! No bunk beds, and it honestly felt more like a private room.

My favourite place so far (after being here nearly 2 weeks).
I recommend Buenos Dias without reservation!

Very helpful and friendly host, clean room, nice pool with cenote water and a lot of dogs :)
The kitchen was well equipped with a very powerful stove. The beds and the shower are also very good.

This is an excellent value. New construction, furnishings and decor. All is comfortable and clean.

It was really nice to stay here! Everyone is kind and very supportive.

Not the most social hostel and a bit of a walk from the city centre. Shared dorms are small and didn't have any windows, free breakfast was nice but had mouldy bread one of the days.

Very good hotel to stay for several days at affordable prices, the only bad thing is that at night there is no hot water and if you ask for complimentary water they tell you that they don't have it

Here I learned to take even the taxi to get to the airport, hahahahahaha. Super stay, clean, spacious, bar. It does not accept TDC or TDD (laundry), only cash and they do not bill you.

It's a very comfortable hotel/hostel, with a really nice natural aestethics. Location was really good, walking distance to everywhere you need.

This is brillant accommodation. I stayed in the hostel part. Comfy beds, clean rooms, A/C, clean bathrooms and showers. There is a small clean kitchen for you to use if needed.

Such a fun hostel! Nice amenities, free breakfast, good showers with nice pressure, good location in the center, good property with loads of privacy because of big rooms.

Such a cute hostel with something fun to join in with every night. The private room was SUPER spacious and everything is squeaky clean! Lovely hot shower and great air con.

The hotel is comfortable, very well-located (only 4.5 blocks away from the city centre), and clean. It is managed by Fer and Nancy, who are super friendly and welcoming towards all tourists.

It was a very nice stay. They even let us check in early. Same as all the other reviews, the bathroom is incredibly tiny and little space between the edge of the toilet and the wall.

✨ Amazing Stay at Treebu Hostel ✨
I stayed for 2 nights at Treebu Hostel in Valladolid, Yucatán, and it was absolutely incredible!

Great hostel for solo travelers. Love the pool and the outside space. The owner Mason helps out with all your questions.

Pretty good!
One concerning thing is that you’re completely locked in and need the key to get out of the front door. If there was a fire that makes it really dangerous.
