We spent a very nice time at this hotel. It is a brand new hotel, opened in 2020, very nice decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large. The breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice, fruits salad, tipical mexical food, cereals and great coffee. It is the best way to stay in Valladolid if you want to reach Chichen Itza in the morning, when it’s not so crowded. The hotel has a very large yard with lots of trees, a small swimming pool and a grot where you can have a glass of wine in the evening. The owner, Chachi, is very warm. She speaks fluent English and gave us many tips about to visit in Valladolid, especially cenotes :) The “master” of the hotel is a rabbit pet. It is very friendly and its name is Boss :) One more important thing, the hotel looks nicer than in the pictures. Hope to stay here again when I’ll come back to Mexico!

This guesthouse is modern with all facilities but colonial architecture and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The big yard is very nice and also you can find a small caveand a bunny called Boss. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. I totally recommend this place! ❤️
