The location is very good, close to the center you can reach in 15 minutes walking. You can ask the receptionist questions, the rooms are clean. What I didn't like was that the air conditioning has 7pm-7am hours.

The location is a bit confusing at first since it is on a side street, the room is comfortable. It has fan and personal lockers with key provided by the receptionist. The AC has operating schedule/timer. The staff is friendly and they answered well on how to get to cenotes nearby.

All super well, the attention is excellent! We stayed in the luxury room, has your balcony!

This hostel we loved I recommend 100%. Sometimes it's hard to find places so clean, safe, with super nice and attentive staff and we find this here even though it's new I want them and I know they will succeed with the hostel because they are dedicating time and love and it shows, no doubt if we will repeat again in this hostel.

Inexpensive, clean, good location, and the family that runs it is incredibly nice.

Very cozy nice and clean hostel. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked great, lockers were included in our room. The family that runs it were very friendly and helpful and kindly prepared breakfast each morning. You can rent bicycles to ride around town here for very cheap. Would definitely return and recommend to any travellers.

This hostel is lovely! Quiet, clean, comfortable, and very cute. The family is very friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. Breakfast was wonderful — lots of fruit! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and air-conditioned. The overall atmosphere is bright and inviting and there are lots of cool, quiet spaces to hang out both inside and on the roof terraces. There is also a lot of information and books and games in the common area. We stayed in one of the dorms and loved it! The beds are comfortable and there are big lockers in the dorms for each bed.

The new Hostal Las Cruces located in front of the Church of San Juan, 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the beautiful causeway of the friars is the best hostel we have visited so far. The room is very clean and tastefully decorated, there are two nice terraces and the breakfast with toastfruits fruits and coffee is included in the price. In addition to all this, the service is amazing. The family that runs the hostel does everything to enjoy your stay. They are at your disposal at any time for what you need, they are very friendly and very good people. This is what makes the difference, and turns the hostel of the crosses into the best place to get to know Valladolid. The hostel also rents bikes at a good price!
Hostel las Cruces is a brand new hostel located in front of the beautiful church of San Juan, 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the famous street of the friars. This has been our absolute favorite hostel so far! Our room was clean and beautifully decorated and has a wonderful terrace looking onto the church. The hostel has two terraces and a breakfast of fruit, toast and coffee included in the price of the room. There are also beautiful new bicycles to rent at a very good price. The best thing about this hostel is the wonderful service — it is much more like being in a hotel than a hostel.
