Excelente ubicación, trato amable, las habitaciones bien.

Good place. What one needs to get to rest, good facilities, in perfect condition, very quiet area and most importantly has a pool to get you to relax, have a good time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very good.

The hotel was good but the service of the waitress bad, did not leave towels, soap, shampoo, had to ask for it to the reception…

Cuartos amplios y bien acondicionados, mi habitación tenía una pequeña cocina integrada, una bonita vista de la piscina y buena ubicación. Solo la piscina estaba vacía pero de resto todo muy recomendable.

It is a hotel with nice rooms in sight. A double room (two beds) with stove, microwave, minibar, 40 inch screen, air conditioning. Includes a bottle of water and coffee (a simple package) courtesy. The bathroom is simple, something rustic, light somewhat dim. The sink is not very accessible for children under 1.50cm. The only bad thing is that the beds are hard and the pillows also. It has a pool with a cafeteria. Price is accessible from $856

A good place of atmosphere, I liked the stay too much, I really recommend it, it has everything one can ask for, I hope soon to visit again.

Excellent service, cleanliness, attention, facilities. The truth would definitely come back, I came to a conference for a week with colleagues, my dad and my baby for almost two years, and for everything has been very comfortable and excellent choice.

La ubicación del hotel es incuestionable, sus habitaciones igual de buenas para la estadía de unas noches, pero el servicio necesita algo más y la relación calidad precios es un poco caro.

Está ubicado por la colonia Cordemex en un punto céntrico de la ciudad.

Very quiet place, I didn't like Breakfast but if your looking for relax at a cheap cost, this might be the place.

It has an excellent location near the Convention Center and Plaza Galerias and the Grand Plaza.

I loved it. It has good TV channels. Very rich continental breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming rooms. The shower with hot water. Room spacious and equal the bathroom.

Best price / value in Merida. If you are looking for a new and clean hotel for less than 800 pesos, you should consider The Siglo 21.

Personally I like it, only they have no soap, no shampoo or anything for the shower.

The hotel was rated as a four star, but it didn't even had hot water and we could hear all conversations from the next room. Service and location were good.

It's perfect, the roms afe big and confortable, and the pool is veru clean, it is a ver good hotel.

Stayed here for two weeks and it was 12 days too long. Completely unresponsive staff, no hot water after 10 am or before 8 pm, and I saw the cleaning guy leave my room two hours after the lady had cleaned it. He had no cleaning supplies and I was shy a few pesos I had left out afterward.

Not recommended, in fact I think that I wouldn't have to continue to operate, has many flaws basic in all rooms, swimming pool facilities in a poor state, zero customer responsiveness, on the part of employees, is paid for what is published and is false and misleading advertising, very sorry, unhappy and upset of losing my money.
