Everything you expect from a holiday Inn is impeccable, not a good option if you go as a tourist as you need taxi to move to the center or squares, near the museum.

Parking lot. 2 sets of computers and printer. Window-10 in Spanish. Very helpful front desk staff. At least 1 person speaks English on each shift, usually 2. Baggage storage. Elevators. Iron and ironing board. No microwave or fridge. A/C works well. Hi-def tv. Enough outlets. Closet storage space with safe. Need to reset the card keys every 3 days. They are required for elevator on the ground floor. Ice on each floor. Hint: "PB" button means ground floor. No airport transport. Small pool — used it once buit is closed for repairs. Exercise center with several machines, tv, and scales. Free Wi-Fi. Buffet breakfast every morning. In walking distance of several excellant restaurants, the convention center, and the Mayan Museum. Their shuttle will take you within a certain distance, but you are on you own for return. Exemplantary service by the manager regarding my wife's misplaced purse. Good and attentive maid service.

Very good value for money, very comfortable rooms and the best location! Breakfast is bad. I never stayed for breakfast but I saw it as an extra service.

Normally it is very good, but this time the bathroom makes a lot of noise all the Tiemoo and the door of the shower does not close, I hope not this decaying.

We love staying here at the Merida Holiday Inn Express, close to shopping, dining and theaters. It is our home away from home. The new breakfast area is fantastic!

Pesimo would never come back. At night there is an appalling noise every minute about which I say is a kettle but can not do anything to remove it or I can change rooms. I already have a headache and it is more than midnight without being able to rest.

All the service has been great. Rooms and location are really clean and perfect. A great confy place.

They treated us with kindness. I would recommend this place to people who are looking for a place to relax and rest.

Great staff that new a lot about the city and surrounding area. Also helped us with transportation to and from sites.

They are perfect but I have touched q in the acapulco and in this merida the air conditioning is very cold that is not good in the personal I do not like that they have so the weather as freezer.

The hotel is well located and facilities are new, to my taste the room even though it is very spacious, clean and comfortable is very cold (I don't mean temperature)
By the range of the market to which belongs, its amenities and breakfast, to my taste leaves a little that wish, however.
