Everything is fine! The delicious breakfast we only had a problem in the room we just arrived was not well clean, and today when returning they did not sweep the bathroom I continued with the same of the morning. But out of there everything is fine the super friendly reception people and those in the kitchen super attentive.

I liked the food, but the two kitchen girls were in a hurry attending to everyone, they need staff in the dining room.

It is a very good choice to stay in Merida, the facilities in very good condition. The staff staff very good and close to the peripheral in case they are going to go out on the road. And good price.

I suffer from light sleep in this hotel I found a lot of peace of mind throughout the day. The facilities and cleanliness is very good!

Very clean and nice hotel. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and a big walk-in shower. Staff is nice, breakfast is very good and there is a van that takes you one way to places within a 4 mile radius of the hotel. Just wish there was a washer/ dryer available for use by guests as Hampton offers in the United States. They have laundry service, but I prefer taking care of my own clothes.

Three women at the reception are polite and feel good first impression. Therefore, I will be very happy. There was no upgrade with diamond status this time. But the room is neat and the cleaning is well. The breakfast is warm and very tasty.

Definately the best Hampton Inn I have ever been too. Modern, clean, upscale and arctic air conditioner. Nice staff and great complimentary breakfast. What's not to like? Really nice mall walking distance too. Thumbs up.

Went to watch the soccer match (Mexico vs Korea). Environment was nice, but the buffet was meh. Also, had audio problems the whole match.

Excellent hotel, well located in a commercial area where there are several plazas that have everything, the service is first class from the staff, the rooms the best. An excellent hotel outside the center of the city.

I like the atmosphere of the place, but it has a serious problem with the flow of parking in their branch of the xxi century, the prices for the non-alcoholic drinks are very high, also it should have more staff to help with luggage.

Pretty good hotel! It's very clean, the showers are elegant and powerful, and the sanitary brands are awesome. Beds are comfortable and two bottles of water are given. TV has decent channels and lights are very fashionable and new. Very good hotel!

Quiet and relaxed. Little distraction from sleep. Breakfast incomplete, at the end sustainable. The bar only two types of draft beer even though you are in Mexico. The staff Distractil. The maids attentive but the cleanliness of the rooms half.

The attention at reception caused me a differentiated and moderately proactive impression regarding the foreign guests and some connationals who made their initial registration or room delivery. Own parking area, sufficient to accommodate medium-sized vehicles. It does not have a pool or a wide variety of food in its restaurant.

The room was clean and as perfect as you'd expect. No flaws. The counter staff knew perfect English. He couldn't recommend anything to do around the hotel even though we later attended a circus down the street. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Probably the best I've had.

The atmosphere is nice and it is very close to the convention center and several commercial squares. The prices are reasonable to the service offered. It has free Internet, rooms of different capacities so it allows to organize meetings.

We came for the first time from Puebla to hamptom Inn and I love it! The service! The staff! The food! All excellent and quality! Spent the night in Hampton Inn unexpectedly when our airline had to cancel our flight. The rooms were comfortable and the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was satisfactory. The bathroom was not cleaned as well as it could have — marks and hand prints on the walls could have been cleaned by the staff with a little soap and water. Otherwise, no complaints.

4 stars and this is why. (I feel 3 is better, but I will cut them some slack) Location is great! Tons of stores, restaurants, kinda crappy museum close by too. (didn't go and only basing this off of online comments of those who did go) Basic design and amenities were quite well done. (We stayed at the flashy trendy fiesta inn 4 blocks away and didn't like it much) pretty basic for Hampton corporate hotel chains. Decent tv. Great bathroom! (Decent sized shower and sink/toilet) Decent sized basic 2 bed room. Free parking and beside hotel/very close. Free ice — however, sad you need to ask for it from the front desk/bar. Iron/hair dryer/iron board/clock radio/amazing beside lighting/modern air con/safe. Fridge was absolutely a joke. Tiny as hell and only made beer cool because it was in it for many hours. The rest, like juice, took over a day to cool. Complimentary breakfast was part of the reason we chose it. Was well stocked. Multiple juices, coffees, cereals, scrambled eggs, beans, potatoes, fruit, waffles, cheese, sliced meat for sandwichs, yogurt and more… We also stayed at the semi trendy cancun one centro and they had a decent free breakfast. Price was good considering. Service was good. Food was excellent. Space was plenty but not over done. (gaudy) Modern and contemporary. Everything worked well. Would come back and recommend it to others!

Excellent service and attention on the part of Cristian at the reception. The promotion Tach very rich and varied. Clean room and comfortable bedding. There are new access to squares galleries so everything is close by.
The only thing is that the noises of the surrounding rooms are sometimes heard.

Excellent Hotel, the new image of the chain, the Hampton, the rooms and facilities in General are very nice, as well as the variety of food at breakfast and in Bar for sale in the afternoon. All the staff friendly and helpful, without exception. The only detail for me, would be not to have a pool, which for the cd. Merida is necessary. Why not give it 5 stars.

Excellent place for accommodation in Merida, rooms very clean and full (ironing board, dryer, safe, mini-bar, cable tv), hotel too-clean and staff first class and very helpful.

1 our bathroom backed up at 8 PM Saturday night called front desk someone came to check it out 2 9.30 no one had come to fix it I called the front desk again they said that they couldn't do anything about it they offered me another room at another floor, I told her that I had way too much luggage which We did. If I could leave everything here and just take what I need it to the other room she said that I couldn't do that I then told her that I would go to Walmart to buy a plunger myself and fix it myself. 3 at 10 PM after using the plunger for about five seconds everything was fixed they also clean the restroom for us. 4 we always stay at a Hampton Inn because we don't like surprises unfortunately these people still don't have the experience for zero surprises.

Great hotel value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive and excellent English speaking. We hit the gym on two occasions and was very well equipped. Breakfast included with plenty of options to choose from.

A new, well-maintained business hotel. But their staff and maid are very friendly and courteous to our family and young kids. Breakfast are complimentary and nice!

Great loctation and rooms. Service could be better; breakfast is only served until 10am.
