The hotel is centrally located without a doubt, its spaces are ' functional ' but not pleasant. There were only two plugs in the room, and one of them very high, if you want to recharge the cell is impractical unless you have a long cable.

The service depends on the person at the reception. It's improved a little lately. Not all rooms are always clean or cared for, some lack remodeling. A reasonable choice if your budget is tight.

Central and Budget Hotel. Only if you do not like to do something old buildings, will not be to your liking. But in general, the rooms and the bathroom very clean, have a/A and cable TV.

I received the room with dirty sheets and the bathroom smells bad. I asked for room change, they tell me there is no more. I ask you to change the sheets. And they do like they do, but they left them.

Excellent hotel, near the main bus stop ADO in Merida, is very characteristic, the small and minimal rooms, the location is strategic as it is located in the center. Nearby you will find everything, both shops and museums and small squares. Recommended for a short stop!

This Hotel was extremely inexpensive, it was right in the middle of everything. Merida is a sleepy little town during the early morning hours, but it begins to wake up as the day progresses. I found this area to be very safe. Great access to parks, art, shopping and the historical district. Huge variety of foods from authentic Mexican cuisine to American fast food. ATM in just about every other corner so access to cash in local currency was never a problem. Most shop accept credit or debit cards. The night life was Vibrant and is when I felt this city come alive.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is awesome but if you have a car you have to park far away from the historic centro as the hotel only pays for overnight parking, which is very inconvenient.

I usually stay here. Safe and easy to walk to evening places. Luv the pool.

The room was extremely dirty, dead cockroaches, spiders. Nothing like what the photos or the website describe. Not a good place for children as the pool is 5 feet at its shallowest. Noisy, smelly, broken fixtures. Dangerous windows. Rude, lazy staff that made us wait 45 min for a refund and 20 min for change for breakfast for no other reason that I could tell other then she wanted to. Dark unlit hallways. Terrible Wi-Fi connection. DO NOT reccomend!

Unfortunately because overbooking my about Agoda booking not confirmed and therefore really bad because of the effort. For spontaneous backpacker/Bucher, it is therefore rather discouraged.
