We want to thank all the hotel staff. We stayed two weeks during the Christmas and New Year's 2019 2020 and had a great time. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and nice. The hotel is close to the center and accessible to attractions. Thank you very much, Monica, Alberto, David, Baltazar in the restaurant and all the staff, helped to make a great holiday. We hope to be back soon.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, nice garden and nice pool. No screen on the window so we had to let it closed and use the ac all night because there was no fan. Very noisy every thursay and sunday night because of a club nearby.

Very good service to the customer, very hygienic, centric that for me was the best because you can visit more places located by the center and that its restaurant is very clean and there is enough attention.

Excellent location (very central), as for the price, worth what it costs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed my husband and I in a room with king bed very comfortable, they cleaned it daily. The Internet never failed.

Un buen servicio. Cuanta con los servicios basicos de un hotel, habiaciones comodas, con aire acondicionado, television por cable, regadera con agua caliente y fria. 2 plantas, precio medio.

Location well placed but alas room small and dirty smell of moisture and mildew in the bathroom… swimming pool out of use…

A good place to rest, the location is excellent to visit the downtown area of Mérida. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The only downside is that the toilet is not ventilated and the humidity and the smell of drainage are enclosed, which could be a drawback. About the service was very friendly and I always attended the best way.

Excellent hotel! It's in a great location, just minutes from everything in Centro. My family and I stayed here for a couple of nights, and we were very pleased with our accommodations. The staff were very nice, attentive, and vey professional! I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location and rooms, hot showers and air-conditioning.

Stayed one night. Cheap but comfy hotel with AC and garage nearby (only during night time). Town centre is only 5 minutes away (walking).

A few years ago, I stayed there along with some friends, we were served wonderfully, excellent service, the suite where we stayed magnificent and very clean, super recommended, I will soon return.

I am very grateful for the service and attention received by all the staff, especially Alejandro and Javier at the reception, who always supported me with the slightest doubt about places to visit. To eat or to buy. Very nice experience to stay with you.
