I like it very much, they are very friendly, and make me feel very comfortable, all are in the same tune, both those who are in reception, as people cleaning, and cooking, all greet you and give you something as simple as a friendly smile.

The gardens are nice. The pool is good and for families. Quiet place. Restaurant and free breakfast good. Wi-Fi bad. Trouble with having visitors.

We arrived late at night and were greeted by a nice young man with a willing smile. He admitted quickly that his English was limited but he did a nice job communicating with me in a polite way (my Spanish could use serious improvement). The property is well maintained. The buildings surround a very large courtyard and pool (yes, the pool is large too! ). The rooms facing the pool on the lower level have small patio areas. The upstairs rooms have small balconies overlooking the pool. The room we were assigned (202) was clean and large. (However, the phone was dirty and the plate indicating hotel services (front desk, room service, etc) was missing. The shower is larger with awesome water pressure. (After some time in an area with a gravity flow water source it was nice to get a real shower! ) We were told breakfast was between the hours of 6:00-10:00 am. When we arrived at 7:00 am the food had not yet been set on the buffet line. This left us a small selection of fruit, coffee, and juice. Because we all have an off day, the benefit of the doubt is given here. And, after all, couldn’t we all use a little more fruit in our diet? Overall, nice place. I would come back if I traveled this way again. The price was reasonable too!

The grounds look nice and it has a safer and cleaner feeling than the hotels on the very border with the USA. The buffet breakfast that comes with the room is decent. The rooms are pretty large and clean. Everything works. People at desk are helpful and can barely speak any English. Expedia is much cheaper than the room rate if you reserve directly with the hotel. Rooms have no character. Feels like being in equivalent hotel in usa. The pool is quite nice fir anybidy, especially families with kids. Kind of isolated but big stores of better area are close. No refrig in room. Pool looks nice. Plenty of parking.

Great place to rest, the small detail is that I found a spider even side of the coffeemaker, the Wi-Fi is OK and no noise.

Great staff, food, beds and atmosphere! However our room had not been vacuumed, smelled moldy, loud heaters that did not seem to work right and noisy neighbors. The place could use some updates and cleaning. Overall very pleased.

I found a large room and comfy beds, the breakfast was delicious. The dinner and stay was nice.

I can only speak of the room viceroys found in the hotel room: very elegant, small to large events, but are adequate in size to, for example, a graduation small.

Terrible rooms 220 and 221 in. It's a matter of weather never cooled, we got nothing to rest.

I have always loved staying in this hotel. Great staff. The breakfast is ok. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only negative think that I could say about this hotel is that sometimes room service does not answer, even if it still early.

Comfortable rooms and good staff. The only complaints are that the internet is extremely difficult to use and slow, and the place is sometimes a bit noisy from the other guests.

Rooms are filthy. Our 1st room had beer cans all over the place. When we complained about it. They gave us another room that had blood stains on the wall and on the bed sheets. It was horrendous!

It is a great hotel if you are going for business or to spend the night when you are in a shopping spree to Laredo TX. It has clean comfortable beds. A clean and average sized pool. A restaurant that serves a good breakfast. And generally the hotel looks very nice.

I booked a day with my family and I specifically asked the receptionist what time was the pool going to be open. My daughter and I was there and we both heard him say at 9:00 A. M.
However, when I got to the pool IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
Don't stay here, they will lie just to take your money. Very shady company.
Also, the TV and wall outlets never worked. They were dead.
LIARS! Do not stay here, did trap took ME my money and now they told me that no there is refund.

I booked a day with my family and I specifically ask the gentleman receptionist time poolside VAT to be opened. My daughter and I were there and both him heard clearly say to the 9 a. M.
However, when I got to the pool was in construction!
they are some liars and thieves, not do not want to be accountable for its employee misrepresentation lies of its website that warns not to poolside in construction and not have water.
Here, aren't going to lie just to take your money. Very obscure company and imorar. Lack of ethics.
