Hotel was great. Amenities were also very adequate. Bar tender Hector Castillo was a champ recommending drinks. He suggested sky lounge however surprised to find out access was limited.

My stay at the Fiesta Americana was exceptional from beginning to end.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. My wife and I spent two days on our anniversary here and we will come back again if in the area.

We loved our stay at Cartesiano, the staff was extremely attentive, accommodating, respectful and just overall nice.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Juarez. The hotel is very tastefully appointed. We packed for nothing and the staff were very helpful.

Spacious and clean rooms. We ate at Pasquinel and Saffron for dinner. Both were delicious. The morning breakfast was also quite tasty.

Banyan Tree is one of those prestige brands and this location has a Michelin key, so expectations run pretty high on reputation alone.

Rooms are nice, everyone was very professional. I loved that they have Valet parking. Very secure hotel. They have a variety of alcohol. Yummy Micheladas after long walks.

Very well maintained building, location is good, close to attractions however it does not look safe at night.

Nice hotel in a newer building. Close to the Zócalo. Employees are excellent, and immediately responded to any request I had. Rooms are basic with nice bathrooms, and very clean.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and loved it. The location is excellent, only 1/2 Block from Zocalo and lots of good eating places around.

Beautiful rooms and relaxing setup with courtyard in centre. Cafe downstairs with amazing food and coffee, makes it so easy to get the day started. Staff were so kind and lovely. Great location too.

The Restaurant in this Hotel boutique is my favorite in Puebla. I make a point of coming here every time I am in town! The "degustación de moles" is amazing! I also love the mole Rosa (mole de piñón).

I had one of the best Mole Poblanos here. The building is gorgeous and the patio just lovely.

Pretty nice hotel — room was clean and had good use of space. Great location and near good restaurants and sites. However, like some other reviews mentioned, the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Stepping into El Sueño Hotel felt like entering a realm of luxury and comfort. The accommodations were not just outstanding, but a true testament to opulence.

Good option for a few nights! very colorful, the service is great, the restaurant is amazing (additional pay).

Friendly staff, excellent location, quiet and clean rooms, beautiful, quiet courtyard to relax in, super comfy beds. All three of us (dog included) were super happy here.

The San Sebastian, part of the Colombian Ayenda hotel group, is conveniently located in Puebla's city centre.

I am not a person who is interested in history, but Gabriel the guide made it fun to learn all about the town and its history.

The hotel staff is amazing, very helpful and polite. The dining room service and food is also very good. Location was perfect for sightseeing and local history.

What a unique Marriott property! Attached to the convent next door. Very modern, with clear glass stairs and some floors.

This hotel is really cute, but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. When it says a hotel has parking and then you arrive and they charge for parking, that seems a little deceptive.

Place and Room were really good.
The service for breakfast was super nice and friendly. There were prepared fresh eggs for us.
