Excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando del centro histórico. Elevadores un poco obsoletos pero aún funcionales. Accesible en cuestión de costos con una muy buena vista desde las habitaciones.

I was taken out of the hotel because the guards on duty confused the rooms and/or tenants. Because there was a lot of scandal. They invented a document that was signed but at the time of ordering only Cantiflearon and never showed it.
The breakfast was very good and the room was very nice.

The restaurant and bar isn't convenient. The food is good but the climate inside is hot and there aren't fans or any kind of colder. In addition is uncomfortable to eat there.

Excellent place to spend the night, very nice interiors and good service. It's not expensive and the restaurant has good food. Generally a good place to spend the night and it is centrally located.

Hotel Real Plaza Is a very nice place to spend the night as a business person, it is SLP downtown and therefore you can be able to go many places to know the city in your free time.

I really loved it, the location is very good price it is quite affordable, especially if it is quadruple room.
All the service is quite friendly, the maids in particular.
The pool is not bad, and the water is warm, so no matter what time you climb.
They must attend to the elevators, since they are very necessary and two of them sometimes have problems, that is insecure also.
The food in the restaurant is pretty good.

The hotel is of great quality. It's got a rooftop pool. It has insurance for the guests. It is located in one of the important avenues of San Luis Potosí where if you like the party and the purchases of high quality products is ideal to stay and spend an afternoon of shopping and a night of excesses. It has 14 floors of rooms. Own parking.

Good place to stay. They are helpful at the front desk and if you want room service, they are very fast. The water is always hot, but be careful because it is very very hot. The beds are very firm, which could be good or bad depending on your preferences. The bar is pretty nice, especially when they bring in musicians to play.

Hotel Real Plaza complies with the services offered and its price ratio is good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean, basic cable TV and reception failures on some channels. Comfortable bathroom in general and complete, hair dryer, consumables, and the shower area is reduced but enough. The hotel is 5 blocks from downtown and well located. The fast basement parking lot is filled in high season and offer an alternative space in front of the hotel but homeless. Overall we found a good hotel and recommended it.

Good service and attention. The development event very well in time and form with a good attention on the part of staff. I recommend it widely for any kind of cultural, social and work event.

Good location close to the city center. Nice rooms. Good prices on rooms and food. Limited parking options. Exterior of the building a bit run down.

In general it is good, however it has several areas of improvement, not if it is why I had stayed young but there was a lot of noise, the windows do not isolate the noise from outside and I think I touched next to the guard clothes and every morning we were woken up with blows on the wall. When cleaning they forgot to empty a trash cans, hired for four people but they always put service only for two, we had to be calling to reception followed, the Wi-Fi fails a lot and its solution was to go to restart the modem of the floor, thing that was outside of my room. Among other details, like the elevator failed and made it like it moved with the doors open and I went through, it provoked a good scare.

The relation of the quality of the rooms, location and price are quite good, the only "but" is the reduced of your parking lot but outside of that is very good choice.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was very good.
Other details are that apparently they do not change the sheets (for questions of ecology to say of them), unless they request it.
The food has good taste although I think its costs are a little high.
There are public works on the Avenue and it is a road chaos, apart from closed streets and lots of land everywhere but obviously this is independent of the hotel. Surely when culminate the works and return to normal transit, will remain excellent choice.
I definitely do go back to this place!

Nice place to spend the night, location is confortable. It have a lot of places to visit next to the hotel.

Horrible experience. I went with my family, booked two rooms, neither of us could rest. One faced the street and turned out to be extremely noisy, they worked on the street all night from 2 to 6 in the morning with sirens and engines, in the other the staff was wrong and we knocked on the door several times very early in the morning, we couldn't sleep anymore. And what is worse: when we complained to the manager, he treated us as if we had invented everything, and denied that there were works on the street. I couldn't believe it!
The hotel is not bad but it is old, the Wi-Fi does not work and we were treated lousy. Not recommended.

Close to downtown with parking lifts comfortable pool nice Wi-Fi price… Not expensive but not cheap. I would say ideal and accepted payment by card.

The Service in The Restaurant is excellent.

It has a great location however, the main street where it is located is under maintenance. Great rooms with nice panoramic view. The pool is banned, don't know the reason. Restaurant has service from 9 to 9 but bar is cool.

The Hotel has good maintenance, its parking is ample and safe, the staff is friendly. It Has a restaurant and room service, its prices are accessible and its taste is good. It is well located and its price is accessible, definitely a good option.

Good Price. Comfortable. Good location. Too Many religious for my liking. I Didn't like that there were Bibles and a thousand religion pamphlets all over the room.

It's a comfy place to stay, very good location, smooth beds and good furniture, good relation price-benefit, Wi-Fi conection has limited range, wasn't very stable, attention is clear, personal is very accessible and polite, has a restaurant with accesible prices and delicious food. It's recommendable.

The only thing I didnt like about the hotel is the space to attend business. Everything else, like food, rest rooms and services are excelent!

The location is the best cause you are nearly to the main street in the town, rooms are pretty clean and comfortable, only the food is not the best but you're close to some good mexican food restaurants.

It's a beautiful and comfortable place, and has a nice view on the city. His location let you move easily to the city's historic center and a few malls around. Has not the ultimate architertural style, but you can be cozy all along you stay in.

Nice location, with standard amenities. No coffee maker in the rooms, though. They only provide one key per room, and you cannot get electricity without it. The installations are clean and well kept, and they make an effort to accomodate international visitors.

One of the best hotel in san luis potosi city I love staying here and the brunch is great.

Because the person in charge of opening the pool arrived 20 minutes late to open the door to enter, even when I dialed the reception desk to let them know that we were standing there waiting, we had to wait until this person arrived because the hotel does not control anyone else.

Very bad, ask for a microwave to heat my food at 3am and very groceramente told me not to.

Sadly STOLEN in the rooms, the hotel is not responsible for x theft. We had some repeated objects and we stole 2, it is impossible to leave things in the room. Of q is used the safety deposit box if you there you keep your things of value, but what is not of value, such as clothing, shoes, bags, etc… stolen! Would not be back and hopefully not staying there, there are other options.
