This is my favorite hotel
in Tulum and one of my favorite places in the world. The beach is absolutely beautiful, NV is an eco hotel and helps with turtle conservation, the staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are beachfront, and the sunrises are magical. What’s not to love?
Ricardo and Eric are responsive, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be around.
I feel so at peace every time I visit this amazing sanctuary.

Please DO NOT stay here! I also had to cancel my booking at the Nueva Vida de Ramiro Hotel in Tulum due to the corona virus and have not yet received any information about my cancellation refund. All the other hotels were extremely considerate and responded promptly — some even returned the money to me in the same week. This hotel just stands silent and waits for the annoying tourist to shut up. This is a rip off and not what you would expect from a hotel in this area.

Wonderful stay and experience at Nuevo Vida de Ramiro, it’s our 5th time staying at the hotel, every experience was great! The staff are friendly and helpful, Ricardo and Roger. Very accommodating, willing to assist in what you try to request. The rooms have great beach view! Wake up to the sunrise!

I recommend this hotel, the staff is very helpful, and always willing to serve you. It has a very womderful view and a nice beach.

We have a great time very friendly staff, kids play and enjoy beach, close to lots of great restaurants.

Our two stays were wonderful. I hope I can come back again. The first time our reservations got mixed up, not the fault of Nueva, they made it work out and we were able to stay even in a fancier house. The staff and atmosphere is beyond words. We were lucky enough to be there over a Valentine's morning, I recommend booking that. I'll never forget it!

+Absolutely beautiful beach and surroundings, very calm and romantic. Nice breakfast served at Casa Banana across the street. Helpful staff, and we had a fridge in our room, which was nice. The space in the cabaña was well put together for two, comfy bed, and the shower was big. -Our cabaña, Pasion Marina (no 7) was in big need of renovation. Stained tiles, old interior, and the shower had plumbing problems and water was leaking into the toilet after showering. Also the housekeeping didn't seem to dust above waistline, and most of our towels and a couple of pillow cases had big yellow stains on them. Also our cabaña was described in the booking as having "ocean view", however it was very partial due to the vegetation. We mainly had a view of various leafs. All and all; the money you spend is not for a bit of luxury, you only pay to stay at a nice beach. But the beach is very nice.

The place is just beautiful, the bungalows are clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Only surprise was that there is salt water in the shower. I really love that they have eco friendlyway to run the place.

Beautiful jungle like hotel. They will deliver room service for you from Casa Banana across the street. The beach was beautiful and had people working there every day until 5 to bring you drinks, food, ect The rooms were beautiful and the outdoor shower was great. The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and speak good English. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome beach front hotel. Sprawling units with oceanfront views and others with garden views. Rooms are very clean with large bathrooms and massive shower stalls. The staff is very attentive and I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed here 9/9/17-9/14/17 and it was amazing! Great service, atmosphere, staff, food… all around a wonderful place to visit. Highly recommend on your stay in Tulum!

Just left our stay at Nueva Vida de Ramiro and we loved every minute there. The staff was amazing especially Roger and Jair. Definitely five star service! We had a bungalow with ocean views and direct access to the sea turtle conservation project which we participated in almost every night. Our trip would not have been so great without this place and their staff. Thanks again guys. Gracias por todo departe de la familia Bernal.

On our honeymoon in Tulum, Mexico we stayed at Nueva Vida de Ramiro and I can't say enough good things about it! They participated in conservation efforts for the land and sea turtles, were on the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen, had creatively decorated beach bungalows, friendly and resourceful staff, a delicious continental breakfast and it was very reasonably priced! You could even walk to a couple restaurants from the beach — La Zebra was a culinary delight!

My 8-year-old daughter and I spent a few days here and it was pure magic. She's obsessed with marine turtles and one night we were able to watch a few come ashore to nest. They truly live up to their ecolodge standard and you feel the abundance of nature all around you, while at the same time feeling luxurious with yhe cabins, ac, hammocks in balconies or terraces and the hanging beds on the beach. Free continental breakfast in their restaurant Casa Banana is a real treat. I've been coming to Tulum since 1999 and I have to say this is one of my faves!
