Beautiful beautiful place to stay! The staff were amazing! Incredibly friendly and willing to help and assist in any way! Any time something was needed there was someone to help in a matter of minutes. The restaurant was fresh and delicious! The beach was beautiful and accommodating! The rooms were spacious and offered everything you could want! Easy access to shops and restaurants around Tulum. Timely and safe shuttle service from the Cancun airport! I will definitely be returning!

Beautiful boutique hotel with a great location for those wanting a bit more quiet. Service and staff were excellent! Especially Gregorio and Bruno in the restaurant and on the beach. They always had a welcoming smile and made sure everything was perfect. Loved my stay at El Chirinquito!

I really can't express enough how amazing my entire stay was here. The people from the front desk to the cleaning people to the waiters at the restaurant were all ABOVE and BEYOND wonderful. I went to Tulum with my boyfriend for my 30th and they made everything special for me. Brought me a bottle of champagne as a surprise. I left and felt like I have new friends to go visit when I go back in July. The rooms were so clean and breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you guy's again for making my first trip Tulum unforgettable. You all are amazing. Tell Jasmine Hello for me :)

One of the best hotels on the strip, glamorous, understated, good value.

Great hotel with a Mediterranean touch, which architecture brings out a special privacy of each room especially when you book one with a private roof top, Food is excellent, especially the paella is a must have. The service is super friendly. The hotel has a chilled beach club with different platforms where you can spend all day and enjoy yourself. Also a they have a sports center which offers different activities such as kiteboarding, paddle board-, snorkel — and diving tours.

We had a lovely time at Chiringuito. It’s an intimate hotel with only a few rooms, extremely relaxing, great restaurant, and amazing hospitality. The bad aspect is that is very hard to leave.

I made a booking, which was certainly under 'Free Cancellation'. In the booking confirmation it was then found that this is not can be cancelled. On request, any cul-de-crib was rejected, although I did so within the first 24h… I'm not sure yet how our flight will go, so I just wanted to make you booking under all circumstances. Unfortunately already very disappointing: — (

Staff was pleasant, rooms were very clean. As a rule used toilet paper is not to be flushed down the toilet. But it may be the norm for the Tulum resort area. The ocean views are nice from the dining area. There's a nice area of beach available with day beds for guests of the resort. The streets connecting the resorts are a mess. No is no designated place for pedestrians, bicycles, cars, trucks, heavy machinery. They all share the same small road.

Very personal and friendly staff, the hotel is beautiful and the food is amazing!

. There are some engineering and facility issues (I will touch on in a bit). The service is lackluster. For instance, I asked for something to be added to my breakfast three times in a row on three separate days and they failed to make this simple addition and it was something I really cared for, so it was quite annoying. There where communication issues, attention issues The hotel service is lackluster. But can be rude if they feel under appreciated. A BIG thing for me was that they offer no water. I mean I felt like I was dehydrated for three days straight staying there. They had no complimentary water. It was unreal. Some of their competitors dominate in terms of service and etiquette. Its not even a question. Any discerning person will see this and understand it to be true. The manager albeit a smart guy was rude to us and lied in the face of our room being FLOODED with 1/2 and inch of water. The room was so flooded I felt like I was in swamp. The blamed it on the rain, but I am like yeah well we are paying good money to stay here, so we don't care about the rain, we care about getting what we paid for. Yeah they upgraded initially for a special occasion, but guess what! That is what you do in the resort business. It is a reputation economy. You take care of good people and they promulgate your resort to other quality people. They all all do it especially in exotic location.

This was a nightmare stay, My husband and I went here for our 1 year anniversary. From the minute we stepped foot at this resort it was beyond a nightmare. They have 13 rooms, the resort was built last year, who ever built this resort did a horrible job, because it was pouring down rain and the room they put us in has water up to our ankles, we insisted they move us to a different room, that room also had water overflowing from under the door into the room. Then we talked to all the other guests who told us there rooms were also flooded from the rain. They built this resort to allow rain water to over flow into your room. All my clothing got damaged. They refused to refund me or upgrade me to another room, instead the front desk guy, Francisco told me to “leave”. Are u kidding me? I paid them $1500 and they want to treat me like this! then the owner had all his family staying at the resort having raging parties with music so loud it was vibrating the walls. This hotel staff lies, tries to keep guests money by tellimg them to leave and refuses to move you to a room thats not filled with water. I started talking to several Tulum locals and I found out this resort had a very bad reputation for treating guests bad.

Great location, missing some amenities (no foot wash basin prior to room entry, iron, umbrella, etc). Good breakfast and small enough for you and friends to rent the whole hotel. Staff was very nice.

Amazing place, beautiful design, very relaxing atmosphere with the best view of the beach. The staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. The restaurante is perfect to relax by the beach and have a great lunch with the sea breeze. The pool is gorgeous, providing the perfect option for those who don't want to get salty. Very intimate, but at the same time welcoming to spend a great day with your friends. Kite school is a plus!

Great location with internal garden courtyard with pool, beautiful view from restaurant to the hotel beach with great Tulum's velvety sand, where staff looks after the turtles nesting indeed. The hotel was open this year, consist of 5 or 6 separate small buildings. We had great roof apartment with roof terrace with a private pool, with to reach the trees tops, great for watching the night sky indeed. The apartment is very nice and spatial and management is very helpful and nice. Overall​ we had very relaxing time also at the pool area (great pool really) and the beach (the only thing I would say how hotel could improve is to invest into nicer sunloungers and side tables at the beach area).
