Very Seldom do I rate any of my stays 10/10 but Encanta met my expectations over and above. The staff was extremely thoughtful even before our stay. And every day was a pampered experience. Encantada is a must if you’re looking for an experience of a Lifetime 😊 Big Thanks to the entire staff🙏🏻

The location is idyllic, but it’s the staff that makes this place a paradise. They’ve met our every request, and thrown in a bunch of special surprises as my wife and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary. This place is a little slice of heaven!

Amazing! The staff were all lovely people and super helpful with making suggestions. The place itself is also very nice and cozy with only 8 rooms available. The beach was private and while it was never busy, it wasn’t desolate either. The rooms were nicely laid out with clean, comfy beds and mosquito nets just in case. The area was really cool too. We mostly hung out near there and only spend a day in the city. The restaurants and stores in the area where all phenomenal. I seriously had some of the best meals of my life in this place. Hands down, if I came back to Tulum, I’d totally come back to Encantada!

Can’t recommend Encantada enough! By far the number one place to stay in Tulum. From the room, to the food, the staff and everything in between this is a 5 stars vacation experience you can’t miss. Thank you Encantada, we will be back soon!

We just returned from a week stay here for our honeymoon. It was beyond our expectations! Encantada means enchanted and that is how we felt being hosted/taken care of by this amazing group of people and by the attention to details in all aspects of our stay. The room was the most beautiful we've ever visited. The ocean breezes floating into the room through sturdy screen doors, the sumptuous bed, dark wood floors and furniture and the large windows looking out to the jungly path to the ocean were all magical. We stayed on the second floor of a building that was set back from the beach and still could see the ocean and get the breezes. We will so miss Carlos giving us our delicious breakfast and Ricardo so lovingly waiting on us at night. We had our last dinner at the table in the hut on the beach. Candlelight, perfect meal from their restaurant, Nu, and fabulous wine. The massages by Erica were great too.

THE nicest vacation get away we have ever had. The rooms, staff, food, and beach are all are better than five stars! Very relaxing.

It is a very comfortable and pleasant place, with the most layered staff and with the best service on the coast.

I just sat on the beach, I don't know anything about the place. The beach tip which is beautiful, only when I went there was a lot of sargasso.

Romantic Caribbean treetop stay! No frills but beautiful. Walked along the beach to check out and see other hotels. They are very close together.

Quite probably the most chic, chilled and professional hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything aspect of place and its people was outstanding.

Awesome. I only wish the menu was more extensive. Awesome, attentive staff, but communication seemed to be a bit inconsistent. Fix that and I'd give it 5 stars despite the bland menu.

I visited with a friend for dinner and if the customer service for dinner speaks for the way they treat you as a guest — I look forward to the day I can book and STAY at Encantada. Ismael is honestly the nicest person who you can tell loves Tulum and meeting people from around the world. We had our final dinner at Encantada before heading back to Chicago for the cold and it was perfect. Jose made a perfect drink and the chefs prepare one of the best meals I had in Tulum. Homemade tortillas, pineapple chutney complimented our fish tacos and the carne asada with the pumpkin seeds were delicious. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but the Encantada.
Service is above and beyond excellent. Already booked my next stay here. Love this place.

Our Cabaña (room) was perfect just in front of the beach with an amazing ocean view a few steps from the sandy beach, the bed was super confortable king size, all full of wood in the floors and a big bathroom. The Hotel it's a really boutique style the services are perfect, super relaxing place and private, breakfast in the mornings was awesome. We really love our stay and I won't hesitate to come back next year!

No I do not have any other hotels in Tulum to compare this to comma I would strongly recommend this place. The bartender is spectacular the food is inexpensive but delicious and the service is top-notch.

Absolutely love the Encantada. Stayed here twice for four nights each time and each time had been wonderful. The staff are super attentive and the ambience as well as the food are fantastic. It's a wonderful small place for those seeking refuge from a busy world.

Stayed at Encantada Tulum for a three day getaway. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious and most have AC (which is rare in Tulum). There was only 8 rooms in the hotel so it's super cozy, quiet and peaceful. The location couldn't be more perfect, in walking distance from all the restaurants and little shops. I've been to Tulum a few times but the beach at Encantada is by far the best! My favorite part of staying here was that we had breakfast on our terrace every morning. Highly recommend and will surely be back! P. S. The hotel also gives guests complimentary bikes to explore the town! Loved every moment.
