La Pasión Boutique Hotel was amazing. The hotel is filled with nature which creates a great atmosphere, it is close to the main street but far enough so it is quiet during the nights. The staff was super helpful, I would totally recommend it to anyone!

The room was good the pools were great. Free parking. Nice area, plenty of places to eat. Friendly check in. I would stay again only longer.

It is a very enjoyable, friendly, relax in the jacuzzi of the rooftop looking at the sky is spectacular, and the breakfast very rich, just missing variety of fruits.

Beautiful little oasis in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. You’ll step into another world when you enter La Pasion… but minutes away from the trendy 5th Ave.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is service oriented and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and spacious. And the breakfast was nice too with a wide variety to choose from. It is located close to the beach but the rooftop terrace is also a good option if you need to cool off.

My husband and I had the most amazing time in Playa and a lot had to do with this hotel. It is clean. The pools are fantastic. You feel tucked away in your own little paradise. We did have some construction by our room, but it was a small price to pay for an incredible vacation. The staff is very attentive and helpful annnnd they have underground parking for rental cars.

Very nice people, nicely decorated rooms, could be a bit bigger however. Limited place to put your stuff. Location is great, close to the center but not too close to be bothered by the noise. Would come back!

So quaint, clean and the attention to detail… but what appeals to me most is the staff. Everyone has been so sweet. The minute we walked up we were welcomed by 4 or 5 guys and we were checked in … less than 5 minutes! Then escorted to our room and out for exploring. Rooftop bar is just as perfect as you could get. The bartenders Luciano and Julian know their craft and love people and create such a comfortable vibe.

Excellent attention. We had 10. Good breakfast, free Wi-Fi, 3 pools, 2 Jacuzzi, etc. To some bills in the afternoon or similar attentions that attract attention. Excellent value for money.

Excellent place, attention of the best, rooms in perfect condition, at breakfast you just sit back and bring what you ask. No rows. Place 100% comfortable friendly and the perfect distance of everything.

We loved this place. Perfect location not too far and not to close to 5th Avenue. Close to ado bus center. Really nice and helpful people at the desk — you could see that they loved their job! Pools were great too! And the most comfortable bed we had for a loooong time in a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back soon Elif and Burak.

Our favorite place to stay in PDC. Been here about 3-4 times now. Perfect location (5 minutes walk to shopping and beach) without all the party noise. And the guys here are the best! P. S. We just got engaged here! Thanks, guys for being there for an extra memorable trip!

This place is all about the details. The hotel is kept immaculate, the breakfast is wonderful, the staff are very helpful and attentive, and they have considered every detail to make your stay comfortable. Definitely the perfect place for a couple to enjoy. I was traveling solo and still enjoyed the vibe. 3 great small pools. Wish I could have stayed longer! The only thing I would add to this hotel would be a small gym, sauna, and a heated hot tub.

Excellent find and was discounted by 55% on Expedia. Just off the main tourist strip (about three blocks) so it wasn't noisy, but right in front of the town square so it was still very cosmopolitan. Had an amazing roof bar and pool and friendly/helpful staff. Stayed here for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed every day. Very close to restaurants, both on the tourist strip but also some good local spots away from the hustle and bustle of 5th street.

The view from the pool was very nice and the staff very friendly;) Not to mention the restaurant that is ecxellent;)

From the very moment we arrived and until we left, the attention was excellent at all times. Sometimes we were surprised as for example tasting wines and biscuits. It also has hot water at all times, coffee always available, etc. The pools and Jacuzzis were very good. Its location in front of the municipal palace adds many points.

Like the location. A couple of blocks away from fifth avenue and the beach. Had great food options on the main floor, a block from Walmart. It's quite and peaceful.

I was surprised. The photos Q publishes about the hotel are good. But when you arrive is much more q the photos. It's very good near everything. With daycare. If there is room they have Q come.

Es bueno. The rooftop bar is great (although I think they need happy hour from 3-5pm! Julian. Hansel…) and the staff are all very helpful. Great place — wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Excellent: The breakfast, room, the pool of the terrace… The most important thing: you are always surprised. At night you get to try wine and cookies, in the afternoon Jay bills, and at any time there is hot water, cafe Enmpolvo, etc.

First time here and it was great! The customer service was top notch. Breakfast included every morning and wine and snacks thru-out the day. Great roof top pool and jacuzzis. And we loved the cabanas! Will def return again.
*Construction noise was ridiculous but we loved it anyway.

All is well with this property. Perfect location just a few blocks from the beach and the main street, nice cozy rooms with all the basic amenities, most helpful and knowledgeable staff, great facilities with a beautiful courtyard and calm pool areas and good breakfast with soothing live music. Excellent choice for a reasonable retreat.

A very comfortable place, the rooms always clean, has a rooftop pool with a good view of the Playa del Carmen area, near shopping centers. Food and coffee at hand. Good breakfast with wide variety of food. I recommend it to 100%

We stayed on our honeymoon. Honey. I'm not complaining about anything. Excellent service and attention as well as cleanliness and bartender. Nice people. I give you five stars.

Amazing! Price and location can't get better than this place. The hotel is walking distance from the 5th avenue and all the clubs and far enough to sleep well without the clubs noise. The rooftop bar is amazing music is great or you can ask the bartender to play your own music. Great free breakfast every morning.

Best hotel experience ever, I've never been treated so nice and I'm used to Marriott hotels. Great breakfast, great drinks, nice and clean, beautiful rest area on the roof and warm water in the pool. The staff was nice and the attention was very personal and pleasant. For the price, this would be a no brainier.

Stayed here for a week in July 2017. Room was small but very clean. Hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. Loved the rooftop pool and Jacuzzis & bar. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The tapas restaurant food was great and by far the best sangrias! Next to the casino close to beach ferry and 5th bar! I would definitely stay here again. Fair price!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel like family from the mo it's you arrive. Also the room we had was wonderful and the amenities just lovely. A rooftop pool with an urban feel and great view, as well as two ground floor pools with a jungle feel. Walking distance to all the fun spots of Playa del Carmen.

Excellent Hotel, we were hosted with them my wife and I the first week of May 2016, and the truth, the staff goes out of kind, they are very attentive and always looking to support you, the food is excellent and the facilities of first level. It is the third time that I stay here and always the same quality. Special mention to Rodrigo, Martín, Conrado, and Rodolfo who supported us always in everything.

We are happy to be here, the hotel is perfect for couples, the incredible attention, the everyday details that made us feel special. Without a doubt we will return.

We highly recommend la Pasión hotel. We stayed for 14 days and loved the quiet, clean and centrally located hotel. The staff are most helpful and efficient … a real joy… and the breakfast was incrediable. We will definitely stay again when we return, one of our best vacations ever!

The staff very friendly and guide you in all the alternatives to get around the city. Check the tours you have are cheaper than other places and good price-quality relation. The hotel is good, clean and is located very close to the beach and fifth avenue.

The first two weeks of August we were, my mother and I in this hotel. We want to thank you for the treatment received by all the employees of the hotel and the restaurant. We felt like at home.

The hotel is not bad but clearly over-rated in all the forums. For what little notice the managers are in charge of it. The rooms are small and the location is very good.

La Pasion hotel was perfect, clean, quiet, and within walking distance to the beach, restaraunts, music, and bus station. After a week, the staff were like family, and the complimentary breakfast was delicous, it was a great way to start our day.
