Hotel with 3 B, apart super honest. I forgot a piece of clothes with money and they returned it to me on my next stay. My respects to the person who does the cleaning I return this article. Do not hesitate to book on your stay in Chetumal.

Go to hotel for trips to Chetumal. There's a Jacuzzi, an adult pool and a kid's pool. Great customer service. I really can't complain. Comfortable and affordable rooms for various budgets. Rooms start at 900pesos. I usually stay here as a family: 2 adults and 2 kids. The standard room is just fine for us. For a few more pesos you can get a bathtub and a balcony with a view of the pool. There's a restaurant in the hotel from which you can get room and pool service. If you need a taxi they can call you one (it'll be about 10 pesos more than if you just holler one off the street). The location of the hotel is perfect. It's walking distance from everything you need (food, pharmacy, shopping, sightseeing). Turn the block and you're at the mini bus stands next to the market (which is great for food) that can take you anywhere in the city.

Rooms are OK. Staff is great. Centrally located to go out and explore Chetumal.

A little late in delivering the room, because they took to clean it and that but nothing you can not accept, of course it would be good to improve on that.
It is a very good and nice hotel, recommended to spend a weekend and more because of its proximity to Bacalar. More or less economical.

It is a good hotel for a holiday, a sophisticated restaurant for meetings or celebrating any accomplishments fulfilled.

Be careful before you choose the room! We paid for a superior and got a 1star room the first night. The young man at c the reception wasn't that service oriented. He was more concerned about looking good and in control than client oriented. He charged the credit card for two nights immediately claiming "that's the way we do things here",, and "yes, we are still in the past, but this is how we do it here" Thankfully, the day after there was Olga, a new lady at the lobby and she knows what service is all about! She gave us a more expensive room to compensate the terrible first night. If you want to stay at Los Cocos, please, ask for the new area or you'll be highly dissapointed. Or, get a Villa, that's the best they have. It's worth paying the difference! Their restaurant is good and has excellent service and very good prices. The pool are is small but very pleasant.

Great place for staying overnight when you're on vacation. Beautiful rooms, has 3 swimming pools, and it's not too pricey. It deserves 5 stars.

The hotel is quite wide. You do not have a gym which would be good, but the service and the amabilidas is highlighted. The restaurant tambjén has very good options and worth asking for juices which are very refreshing and prepared with natural fruit.

The truth this old hotel the pool is nice but leaves a lot to want the cleanliness of the bathroom and for the price there are other better.

I liked this experience, because they provide good service, although this in a location a bit complicated by the traffic, well worth it in part, good attention.

I enjoyed my stay at this hòtel. I had a very comfortable room, good services. There's a pool which is a important for me to cool off. The only thing is they were working on the second pool. Both pools are right next to one another. So, it was very noisy. I would have liked to know about this which should have been mentioned. I would recommend this hotel it's a 4 out of 5.

Excellent location, a few blocks from the municipal palace and the Malecon. At the same time very close to the main avenue of Chetumal, Av. Insurgentes. The rooms meet the comfort and a good price, at the same time that the restaurant offers very rich food.

It is always a pleasure to come to have breakfast at the Hotel Coconuts, a whole tradition in Chetumal. All delicious.

Giving 3 stars because my last stay wasn't so great (Premier rooms aren't worth the extra buck in my opinion) but, every stay before that was consistently good and the hotel staff are always friendly and helpful.

I went to celebrate my birthday with a breakfast. The service was good, friendly and somewhat attentive. The only bad thing was the waiting time for them to carry the food, it was a little late; But leaving that aside, it was a nice experience.

Beds are good the ac was to loud at times I'd say the pillows are to hard, it's got nice bathrooms, TV where you can plug in a USB and listen to your own music but it don't work to watch movies. It's got a few English Channels but mostly Spanish. In all its a decent hotel what you should expect from central America.

It is a great place in which you can opt as much as to stay and have a good time or just go to eat, or why not to have a cup of coffee and have some fun with family or friends.

The Hotel is very good, the rooms are small but very nice and they go doing remodel, no elevator but has ramps and the pool water has good temperature and several levels of depth. The rooms have more than enough contacts and several lights, the bathroom is very nice. My only problem was that at the front desk they were not friendly.
