First and last time staying at this hotel. From the get go, the receptionist were arrogant and unfriendly. They told us about a “new” tax that was being charged but we didn’t have pesos and agreed with them that at check out we would pay the 23 pesos because no one would swipe for 2USD! But little did we know every minute they’d see us they’d tell us about our charge and to pay. As if we were going to run away without paying. When we got to the room, it stank of old Mop. Then, no hot water on the third floor. And to make it worst, the water would run out. The floors were disgustingly dirty. Our second day, the floor maid had no intention of cleaning our room. And throughout the entire stay the electronic card key kept deactivating. So we had to constantly come up and down to reactivate. This hotel need to change their entire staff for they themselves look miserable working there. You guys are in the wrong business treating people they way you are.

Overall it is ok, I only needed it for one night, for that purpose it was very good, the service was good overall…

The building is under renovation. The pool was not well kept. The air conditioning is perfect and the beds were ok. Plus the property is being eco-friendly, key card required to power on some amenities.

Super awkward beds, semi clean bathroom, on the outside looks great but the rooms lack a lot, access to the pool is a little far for my taste. There are better hotels for that same price.

Don’t book the room online. I called the hotel and got a lower price than advertised online. I was surprised they didn’t ask for ID upon checking in the hotel. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. Outdated, and the bed are old. The hallway was noisy all night and you can hear people talk loud and the footsteps. The location isn’t the best. First time in the chetumal area. Also had a hard time getting a taxi. Had to walk to the corner for a higher chance.

Muy inflexibles sobre el check in y hora de llegada. No se te llegar de madrugada. Limpieza mucho que desear. Alberca sucia. Lo único bueno es que es céntrico.

The hotel has good location, the reception staff and the restaurant of the best, always with a good attitude of service, the price of the rooms is on par with the finishes and furniture. I Hope they improve with the look of their rooms.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff very attentive and helpful, the only problem is q not liable for damage to cars in your parking lot.

Totally recommended, if you're going to tour around, it is one of the best options, it is comfortable, spacious and not expensive, is four blocks from the bay and has a pharmacy and a minisuper on the same sidewalk, the only drawback that I had was in the shower, the water changed from hot to cold and vice versa while I was there, but from there on out, all good.

Worse hotel I've ever been to in Chetumal. My family and I stayed there from Good Friday to Easter Monday and it was a horrible experience. One would think that when you pay the per night rate the cleaning of the room is included but not at this hotel. We charged an extra 20 pesos per room per day to clean the room but the rooms weren't cleaned… sheets werent changed and conventional mopping was probably too much for them because we found the domestic personnel sprinkling water and then dry mopping. I found money my son was playing with in morning on the bed when I turned down the sheets after the room was "cleaned". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Crappy service.

Eea very good hotel, now give a lousy service, poor attention on the part of swap receptionists (especially some who are not in the country) rooms in bad condition and you have to beg for cleaning in particular was my last visit.

The spacious rooms were excellent along with the cleanliness. I liked the fact that the hotel had it's own restaurant and a 24 hr supermarket in the same property.

It's a disgusting hotel. The weather's not good. The bathrooms are a porkeria. You see the dirty rooms, in my opinion is not XK is 3.9 stars, if you don't arrive.

Nice hotel with super comfortable beds excellent to rest and a very good cleaning the breakfast is also good highly recommended!

An old hotel that is in remodeling. No phone in rooms and with old noble. Maybe when they finish it, it was better.

It is a very hygienic hotel and suitable for anyone's stay, it has a very clean pool and its restaurant has a varied menu. I qualify the hotel as "excellent" because it deserves it and it's worth staying there.

Spacious rooms, very friendly staff and willing to provide a solution, an excellent location in the city centre, close to the market. Very comfortable rooms.

No room service and the restaurant wasn't open most of the time we were there. The rooms were clean and well kept.

Horrible! Wi-Fi does not work, the bathroom throws water, the shower lacks pressure, every cleaning had to go to fight for the towels to reception, I bought one and stole it, insufficient parking, they gave my room key to another family and opened the door mien After sleeping, too much noise is heard all, no elevator… Just lousy!

We are happy that we got free breakfast for nightly price we paid at 550 pesos! We come from Asia and when stated "free breakfast" it mean "free full breakfast menu" so I felt a bit scammed when the free breakfast here is only for coffee and banana cake, while we need to pay 170 pesos for the two omelettes we had :P The room itself is clean and spacious, with big flat screen TV plus nice strong flowing hot shower, modern aircon, Wi-Fi and secure parking. Please note, we did not see any elevator, so mind to ask for lower floor if you don't want to climb the stairs and save your energy.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and most important they had a staff on every shift that can communicate with guests (English)
The breakfast wasn't great but location was perfect for getting around and especially to the market. Love the pool, AC rooms, hot showers, coffee pot in rooms too. Nice stay but needs improvement on their breakfast variety.

It is a nice hotel, with comfortable beds and a nice pool just like your restaurant, but in general the facilities are a little sloppy and you need something more decoration to the hallways.

Seeing great improvement… new AC units. Renovation and improvement each time that is nice. Great service, friendly staff… cleaners do a great job… As explained the elevator will be fixed soon… and it will be the perfect place… the breakfast could use some beans eggs and yougart but all in all a great place to spend some nights.

It was great! Wasnt please to find out what breakfast was. Which was a cup of coffee and some fruit slices. The elevator was not working so we had use the steps which were tireding. The cable was an issue as we couldnt have seen anything on the television. Overall it was an ok experience.

Great value, great location right in the center of the the town, and very good customer service. My only gripe was that the Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable but besides that it was a very enjoyable stay and it's a hard price to beat.

At the restaurant there is international food, very nice service and a nice peaceful ambient.

The worst hotel that I have ever known All this old The springs of the mattresses are all watery The sheets dirty and worn The walls are of sheet rock, all you hear Left Me without water to a half-bathroom, 3 times It was never hot water Bad service by staff. For the price q pay I came out very expensive.

A hotel's large popularity, conventional TV still no screens. Personally I prefer small and new hotels that allows your customers to the big old facilities.
There is no complimentary coffee, but the hotel is good. Recommended.
