The service is very good very attentive, the breakfast very rich.

Clean rooms, spectacular breakfast, atmosphere at the pool is great. The friendliness of the employees is an item to highlight.

Worst service ever, they have problems with booking, you pay and then they give you a different price once you arrived. The staff don’t help and they act like they don’t know anything about it. You’re wasting your time staying here. Don’t do it. There’re better options in Cancun, make smarter decisions.

I loved the detail of putting a bible in the bureau drawer, it really is very nice and the cleanliness does not stop always this impeccable breakfast amazing the service of a million, it only gave me sadness because I craved a mango and a watermelon, and I was told that I could not eat it in the pool area even though I was consuming drinks and food for my granddaughters at the hotel. But I know they are hotel rules and you have to respect. But it's all amazing.

LOUSY SERVICE! Amazing that 10:00am and tell me that the restaurant is full and they can no longer serve us. They didn't even allow the option to wait. From the door super bad attitude the valet and then came out a guy I do not know if in charge and still almost running us. It was the first time we were going to meet their buffet. Obviously we will never go back and very bad references.

Today I have to celebrate my birthday there the very rich, clean buffet and the waiters very friendly very good attention and facilities very well and with all measures. I'm definitely going again.

The service is good, the facilities very nice and clean, the food delicious, in what if I make incapie their drinks are terribly scary, I ordered a margarita, I had excess salt and their lemon quite past, I asked to change it and they returned me a super sweet 🤢 lemonade and the tequila definitely did not put it on, nothing recommended the bar service.

The facilities are excellent the buffet service is good recommended.

The service, the waiters are very friendly, and the comamide very rich, the bad thing is that there are few staff, in the kitchen they take a long time to serve for lack of staff, the bread and fruit runs out and they take time to fill, outside of that everything excellent!

Lindo lugar, buena relación precio calidad. Esta ubicado en el centro y existe un bus que lleva a la playa un par de veces al dia, tiene una piscina muy cómoda.

The rooms are ok, the air conditioning works perfect. The waiters' service leaves a lot to be desired and they have no variety of food options in the restaurant and are not so good. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is near downtown. It is very clean and neat. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room clean, even cleaned the floors. And our room, even the bathroom was larger than normal The grounds are well kept. I walked around to the back and it is beautiful! Swimming pool is beautiful too. The food in the restaurant was very good! The bed was a little firmer than I like but not a real problem. As I said the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay there again. I got the reservation to stay for a week, 1 day before we arrived!

Excellent hotel. It's a little slow to check in. As for the facilities I don't think there's much to ask for. The pool has an additional children's and adults' area there is a bar with snack sales. The room is comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean.

Stayed several years ago but I have a wonderful memory, clean, central, it is easy to move, near a shopping center where you can even find the Nutella, huge beds (3 squares) and comfortable, spectacular breakfast (from cakes, crepes with honey. Even the roast). It is not in the Zona Hotelera but it is easy to get there.

Beautiful place, service is excellent. It is located in a safe area and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff is very attentive, especially in the restaurant.

I have stayed here on occasions where I needed a place that was in town and near the bus station and away from the Resorts. It is not fancy but clean and comfortable with good staff. It is not expensive, has a good breakfast and highly recommened for short stays when in Cancun.

Nice rooms, the staff is attentive at all times. It has a restaurant where they offer a reasonable buffet service ($200) The pool area is spacious and usually not crowded.

We were at a work event, when we arrived at the front desk they were not even aware, even though the company had paid our food we were wanted to charge them that why they knew us and that their team of events did not inform them anything. The hotel is very nice and the food very good but what a lousy organization of your team and that lousy manager who doesn't serve to solve problems.

They have a pool but the water is always cold because the sun never touches the water, bad services at the bar on the pool, the rooms are okay, but they have delicious sandwiches are call it COCODRILOS, I recommend to eat u pic your ingredients but u need to have an empty stomach cause are enormes, so are good to share.

I am staying at the hotel has the same facilities as the hotel will make it more expensive. Both hotels share the facilities such as swimming pool, gym, restaurant.
The restaurant has a variety of salmon and sandwich meat that taste very exquisite.
The staff of the hotel are friendly and always attentive just like the restaurant. We thank and with honorable mention to Ana Rodriguez of the restaurant that always showed open to give us recommendations and with excellent disposition the gym is small has the right and necessary if you have and you are of tastes fitness treadmill Elipitica weights etc Showers and bathrooms are excellent. The toilet is good although it is basic when you need to perform more deep toilet.
Infallible point for this hotel is that the Wi-Fi arrives to all parts of the hotel including the street thing that allows you to be connected when you really need it breakfast costs 220 Mexican pesos something like 12.5 USD American Style breakfast buffet. (judge whether it is expensive or not)
The pool has a bar that drinks go from 5 USD.
The hotel has a mobilization to the beach and the Airdoor before coordination of 2 hours to have it in consideration otherwise the bus truck (bus number R1) costs 12 Mexican pesos about 0.8 USD and takes you to the hotel zone in about 20 minutes enjoy the stay.

Very comfortable the place, the employees are quite friendly and supportive with the orders, besides very efficient, I asked for a service to the room and in a matter of minutes it was already there. The rooms are very comfortable and comfortable, they are the ideal size. The food is very rich, I would definitely stay here again.

A good place to rest very nice have a buffet in the morning very rich I gave 4 stars since at night when they supply water their tanks you hear a patter that wakes you up this lasts a few. Minutes but however if annoying.

A fantastic hotel downtown Cancun. Close to majority of shops, malls, yet close to the beaches. Relaxed atmosphere in the pool and the wet bar. Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas. Stunning 4 stories lobby in a Mexican style. Amazing!

The location of the hotel is fine. It is not on the beach, but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach or To the ferry (Isla Mujeres). The rooms are nothing special. The facility is very appealing. The service of the hotel however is excellent. Especially the staff, who are all particularly friendly.

Great staff which is really service minded with great respond if support is needed. Unfortunetly is the hotel getting a bit old and 15min by car from central part of Hotel zone. Breakfast is way to expensive for the output, 200pesos per person is way to much. We stayed 11days and payed around 1500dollars. Also the hotel inform you that they have free shuttle to each area but its only between 10-11am (10:00/10:30/11:00) and one back way home. Worst part is how loud and clear the sound comes from hall and neightbours, if you like to sleep longer then 8am choose something else. Rooms is clean and the staff is incredible.

The Adhara Hotel looks beautiful from the outside as well as from the inside. We were pleased with the cleanliness and facilities. We had a free safe in the room. The restaurant was too expensive to us personally, on the main street there are many cheap restaurants and Streetfoodstände. In the street of the hotel there are also 2 restaurants which are cheaper.
Our room was large, but very noisy, especially the door was not insulated at all. The air conditioning has spun and I unfortunately had 4 (! ) At the front desk until this is corrected. The beds were pretty hard. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located outside the hotel zone. The party mile is 12 km, but there is a bus from the main road every few minutes. This costs 12 peso (ca 50 cents).
The next big supermarket is only a few minutes walk. The fresh baked goods for 6 pesos (25 cents) are particularly favorable. Generally, peanuts (Cacahuates) in Mexico are really cheap.

Overall I liked the hotel facilities like the swimming pool and the spacious rooms. However, the hotel is noisy as the Christmas music was started around 0700, many children are running and screaming in late evening and early morning. But it was nothing good earplugs couldn't beat.

The hotel well but the service both of the waiters and chef of the restaurant as the manager… leave a lot to be desired do not cater to the customer in the best way… simply would not return to this hotel.

The stay was great. A little bit far from thé airport but ok.

The facilities and price are OK, they need to improve the service as sometimes there was no staff in the pool area to cater for in the bar area or on the last day we were only left with 2 towels in the room when we were 4. They also need to take care of the pool cleaning as one of my kids cut off the foot with a glass inside the pool. The lifeguard was very kind to give him all the attention and did not happen to older.

It is an excellent place for both a work trip and a family vacation. It is located in the center of Cancun, Carca of Everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff of the hotel is friendly and always willing to give you some advice or help to improve your stay. I recommend choosing the lodging and breakfast option, because although it is not very varied, it has enough to make a first substantial meal (milk, bread, eggs, chicken fajitas, bacon, chilaquiles, fruit, pork rinds, coffee, etc).
The pool is spacious and quiet with children's area and pool bar.
It has free parking, Wi-Fi, tub and dryer in the bathroom, room service from 12 to 23 hours, safe in the room, etcetera. In short, very complete in relation to its price.
Also, it has a beach club that you take with you at no extra cost.
If you enroll in your frequent customer plan (no cost) you will be entitled to accumulate points and other benefits such as late check out, room upgrade and free nights.

In our time here, nothing was stolen and I could feel safe leaving my belongings here. Its away from the hotel zone, but you can take a bus or a taxi. At first I was a bit scared to take the bus, but it's great if you want to get to know the people that live here. I honestly enjoyed taking the bus over getting a taxi.

The rooms, the pool and the service it's awesome. It's ten minutes from "Las Americas" mall. It also have beach club and transport to the airport it's perfect for business travel and also lovely for vacations. The pool have a bar and service until 10:30 pm and the Wi-Fi works fine.

Rooms are spacious, with the twin room having two double beds, and all the decorations are done nicely. Pool is sizeable and has plenty of space, with a reasonably priced bar, including a poolside bar as well for drinks in the water. In walking distance of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Excellent hotel. This is the second time I am staying here. My partner brought me here because he stayed here before and it is a nice hotel and the pool is fantastic. It's close to downtown Cancun and not far from the hotel strip. Very centric and secure.
