We had a lot of fun with the family! Food was good, plenty activities day and night for the whole family and kids club for the little ones. Highly recommended!

Horrible. Place smelt horrible, ac did not work, food was terrible, got super sick and had diarrhea for 2 weeks. Sick for 2 weeks straight, flew home early because this place was HORRIBLE. Do not stay here or waste your money, it is gross. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Looks great from photos but when we left early and saw the book of complaints we knew never to come back!

The drinks are delicious, the dinner in the restaurants delicious, the attention of the staff very helpful, there are some who could be said to be in a bad mood but I think we all have our moments, and in the whole vacation there were only 2 people on one occasion and no more, a waiter made us buy a bottle but the truth was very rich wine 🤣 and it was on our first night we did not know the. Dinamica then we already knew that we could order it. He came from the house and everything flowed very well, if he lined up to go in to eat or have breakfast but if we all went down to the. Same time we have to wait in lines until when we go to the mall can not cope with all guests, my stay was 8 days and we had a great time for sure we will return, what if it is wrong is that people set aside the beds in front of the pool and when you go down you can no longer find available, but it's not a matter of them, the delicious frapes, the kids club very good, thanks for the magnificent vacation.

Terrible service. The food varies between mediocre and terrible.
Not enough towels. There is a queue for everything.
Even after approaching customer service their solutions were ridiculous and useless.

Our experience, very very bad food, drink of poor quality, the place is old, old elevators, not very good activities, there is no good room service, the old bathrooms and with almost transparent glass doors, I do not recommend it at all, it was a stressful experience and not relaxing, of all the hotels we have visited I think this is the worst experience. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Excellent service from the staff and good food.

It was a good experience while me and my family were there. But there are two things that you should take into consideration. First one, no free Wi-Fi? Only 1 person per suíte to have connection doesn’t even make sense since everyone is paying the same amount of money. The second and worst thing I’ve ever seen is this “Day Pass” thing. During weekends the resort was so full of people that we, full paying guests, had to stay in line for 15 minutes or even more just to get a single burger and fries. We didn’t even have the chance to use the pool because it was so full and no place to sit or lay down because people using the day pass take over all the bangalos next to the pool and stay there the whole day eating, sleeping… anyway, food was good and staff very friendly.

I do not recommend it, the attention is very bad, there is no customer service or human quality, the bathroom faucets were rusty, the TV control did not work, the rooms have a musty smell, the food very bad, the restaurants take 1 hour and 1/2 to serve the dishes to the guests. What a pity! Very bad experience!

Very bad experience, the staff has no criteria to solve things, nor to offer water to the staff of the Secretary of the Navy, who is taking care of their guests. Regrettable choice of personnel at the managerial level. Ahh and very dirty, they don't even clean the garbage on their beach. I don't recommend it!

Fantastic resort with it's own private white sandy beaches. Next door is the Grand Oasis Palm which is an even larger resort with a choice of 16 places to eat, out of which 5 are A la carte options, 3 buffet breakfast stations. Evening snack bar that serves till 4am. Entertainment throughout the resort whether day or evening. Stage entertainment is superb with performances by acclaimed artists. This is an all inclusive 5* resort with a family orientated vibe, staff are very friendly & welcoming, would definitely recommend this resort to all.

The hotel is beautiful, but it's very hot and the beds are very small. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Like a said the hotel is decorated beautiful but that's it. First issue was the phone in our room didn't work. So every time we needed anything we had to go down to the front desk. We needed towels and they would never send a complete set only the big towels. This was very frustrating because sometimes the elevator wasn't working or waiting for the elevator took forever. By day two I was really upset. The manager said he would personally bring us a phone the next day at 9am. I just didn't understand why they could't get us a phone from an empty room. Needless to say we NEVER received a phone. Second issue was the housekeeper didn't clean our room and then lied and said we had a Do Not Disturb on door. When actually she knocked on the door and we just needed 5 minutes to finish getting ready and we told her to come back. She replied, "I'll be back". We came back to the room and the room still needed to be cleaned. When we went to the desk to get more towels and let them know the room wasn't clean that's when we found out she lied on her paperwork and the manager. The next day house cleaning cleaned the room but she took all the clean towels we walked up and down to the front desk to get. The clean towels was folded and on the sink, while all the dirty towels was on the floor stacked in a pile.

We stayed here Jun 2018, and it's a place that I will not be back to. Front desk/concierge was no help. Had to call or visit multiple times to get anything from them. When it come to food, do not go to the buffets, they are horrible. The hotel claims it has 16 restaurants, you will be lucky if you can find 3-4 to be open, and lines will be everywhere. The beach bar has only one server working and you will always have 10-15 people in front of you to order drinks. The pool server may take your order, but will never bring it to you, I'm still waiting for my drinks. Most of the reception area has no AC and it's very dirty. We had two night that we did not get clean towels for the bath, as apparently they ran out of towels. This is a 3 star hotel at best. We tried checking out early to change hotels but were told that our room was non refundable, and if I could have found a different hotel that I could have afforded to pay extra, I would have just to get away from this place. The entertainment they have is minimum to none. Before going I read some reviews that said "They did not know how to run an All Inclusive resort" and I thought it was just someone that was used to finer things and did not think it was as bad there as it actually was. Unless you got into one of the "reservation only" restaurants, you are better off eating elsewhere. I have a feeling they have these lines everywhere on purpose to "save" on food and drink consumption.

The room was clean but they have no iron. The window leaked and the shower drained so slowly that I had to wait for a while after my husband took a shower so it wouldn't overflow. I would give it 2 stars but since the staff was so friendly I gave another star. The food was good, but the restaurants are open randomly. The beach and pool were nice and we had a good time. I would not come back to this resort, but I would stay at one of the grand oasis resorts.

My experience only. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned through our week long stay. We followed instructions and our towels were replaced when needed. Only one day where the room was cleaned a few hours late. All the staff we came into contact with were helpful and so polite. A good selection of food, wish there were more option for breakfast. Would have also like a little more entertainment but that wasn't my main focus.

Delicious, excellent restaurants, the waiters are super attentive, they are all very friendly, the food is delicious, the hotel rooms are nice, organized, with air conditioning, I loved it… The beach is not the best, but you have the snacks, cocktails and chairs for you without being harassed by vendors… That's what I liked the most.

A good hotel, advisable to come in low season. If you come in family it is great, the beach is quiet and there is a relaxed atmosphere. It has good facilities and the all inclusive is good but I recommend you go to the restaurants that are by reservation, they are better than the buffets. The staff were friendly and helpful. Remember to always leave tips.

Good service. It's just what you pay for. The pool is clean, the children's area is cool a lot of fun. The food is rich. Very attentive to the staff. The only thing is Q the room service has cost. And they put only 2 beers and fill it out every two days.

Clean but they have no idea how to run an all inclusive resort. Only three groups in front​of us but stood in line an hour to check in. Then had to get back in line 30 minutes later to get our room number!. Only one side of one bar open outside to get drinks. Pretty close to the same buffet options at all of the included restaurants. And they don't seem to care much for Americans. Wont be back.

The hotel has to do a better job training its associates. I asked for directions to other restaurants or locations within the resort, and many of them couldn’t help. They only have two elevators for the entire place. Most of the time, you will have to wait to get to your room. Rooms: very small, the bed was not comfortable. Very hard mattress. Restaurants: breakfast was great. Lunch and dinner were mediocre at best. They have other restaurants, but a reservation is required. Be prepared to stand in line at least 45 minutes a day to make reservations. The process is very disorganized. They start taking reservations at 4 pm, but you really have to be there around 3 pm in order to make it on time. Entertainment: they don’t have shows as advertised. Beach: is nice and calm ideal for families and kids. However, the hotel doesn’t do a job maintaining the beach clean. Bars: the drinks are really good, but they only have 2 bartenders for the entire resort! I saw the bartender washing the cups himself, because he ran out. The coffee and me place was good. The variety is good and the coffee was great. The Tequila Lounge was the highlight of my trip. They had a singer the night a went there, and she was amazing. If I ever go back to Cancún, I would not stay at this place.

We did not have one bad meal despite all of the other reviews. The food was great. The atmosphere was perfect, there was always music playing near the restaurants and pool area, zumba, or yoga. Always something. The beach is beautiful and having the ability to return kayaks was nice. The pirate ships being docked right at the beach was great. We did dinner on the ship and had a blast! The rooms were simple but adequate. They supplied us with complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The rooms are a bit dated for sure but it worked for us. It certainly served its purpose.

The place is very nice and we had a great fun. The food in the buffet is rich. The pool to be with the kids is nice. The bad thing is to be all inclusive Q do not give free Internet, you have Q pay, only have 2 elevators for a tower of 10 floors.

Great location! We ate at every restaurant which was fun. We made use of most of the amenities. Kids loved the kids club and I felt safe leaving them there… all staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this resort to families with kids. We will be going back to Oasis Palm!

A place suitable to go with children, very welcoming who work there with nice facilities. If there is no greater thoroughness in cleaning the bathrooms that are in the pools. The restaurants great attention and very rich options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They should improve the food a little bit more than anything in flavor. But still have a great time.

The truth is that from previous reviews I expected less from this place. But over passing my expectations is a very good place to come with the family has quite a few activities. The rooms are clean and with an excellent view. And the employees without a very friendly bullfighter had no problem I will definitely return to this place.

Definitely not a five star resort! Food is below average. Views are horrible, not very much beach, and with the little bit they do have it has a volleyball net right in the middle of it. Be prepared to get hit by the ball! We came with a group of friends, and only one out of the 4 rooms was half way decent, and two 3 rooms were so bad that our friends moved to new rooms! We actually are transferring to a better, true five star resort half way through this vacation, we just can't tolerate it anymore.

Oasis of Palm 4. The rest in February 2018. Very large hotel area. In room 067 left a gift) ) ) Every day there is a lot of animation, water bikes and kayaks (you can swim only to buoys) leave the hotel and you are already on the beach. Cleaning every day was.

Positive: Staff and staff is excellent but the hotel has had its best time! Somewhat accustomed.

Great place. Several restaurants of different types of cuisine. Several bars with extensive drinks. Many activities in the hotel.
The only bad thing is that at 11pm it's all over and only one bar is open.

Hotel very clean. Staff works hard to keep it clean it's awesome. Restaurants you book at for supper were all 5 star levels. Wide variety of alcohol again 5 star level. Buffet restaurants have a great variety and there are three of them. Beach is beautiful! Just enough wind to keep you cool on the hot days. Free kayak use. Not rating this 5 star over all because the main workers at the front desks and concierge didn't seem to know a lot about the programs in the evenings and just basic knowledge of the hotel. No free Wi-Fi.

Great hotel. We did not receive the room we had booked with a view and did not receive any explanation or compensation. The check in was scheduled at 15:00 but had to wait 16:00 to get the room key. Safe in the paying room and Wi-Fi at exorbitant prices even in the lobby! Some food. Beautiful kids club and nice pools but lack of maintenance.

Buffet food was average, nothing special. But the sit down restaurants were considerably better. Lots of activities and things to do. Plus a different show every night. Though it is a little farther from downtown Cancun. Room was livable, but no need to stay in the room much anyway.

It's a 3 star resort. The Grand Oasis offers a more deluxe room and facility. Oasis is clean but well used. The beach is nice but very busy. Lots of boat traffic. No snorkeling from beach due to boat traffic and lack of marine structure. Ocean view is nice with city to the north as a back drop. Consider your options prior to booking Oasis Palm, aged but affordable.

Hotel facing the Caribbean Sea from where you can see Isla mujeres. A few meters from the bridge where you can take very nice photos of the sea and pirate ships.
The hotel's services are varied and guests can choose from the varied menu restaurants.
It has a cosy holder for families with small children and entertainment in pool for everyone's amusement.
Although some beach services are not included as some bars there are always options for the guest to enjoy.
It has a gift shop, professional photography service.
The downside is that it does not include the Internet and the customer of e pay $30 for 5 days and is usable only within the facilities.

Awesome. Not allot of variety for food for my wife. But I loved it. She's just picky. Elevator broke down twice in 1 week But there's two and they had it fixed within 24 hours. A. C. Stopped working in our room but we switched rooms. A. C. Didn't work in the other room either. But when we arrived we had a. C. And it was amazing. Overall I had a great time. Amazing amazing amazing views. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The rooms are decent and have great views but some of the furniture looked really old. The pool was really nice and the beach was very cozy. There were many restaurants where you could get dinner or just a quick bite. The coffee shop had really nice mango tea but the wait time was very long. The spa was a bit hard to find and pricey but the service is amazing. Definitely recommend the seafood restaurant and all the buffets.

Again this time (it's the third year I choose this hotel) it was a nice experience. The entertainers in the pool and beach were very good, as well as the waiters on the beach: Alejandro, herving, Fidenzio, etc.
Only downside this time, an embarrassing situation. Before inviting two friends to greet them and let them know about the hotel, I asked for information to avoid missing the hotel rules. Unfortunately the employees do not know all the information and therefore, report to the guests wrong things, in my case then they treated me almost like a delinquent when they arrived my friends, it seemed that he wanted me to be clever when instead I did Reference to the wrong information. In This case the front desk and the security staff did not agree with the information. This however does not compromise my positive appreciation of this hotel, since almost certainly these two employees were new and therefore not yet prepared for a service to the height of their colleagues.

Well located hotel, ex: excursion Albatros escape tour goes on foot to take the catamaran, bus line 1 and 2 in front of the hotel $1 USD per pass, qualified and very helpful staff, excellent food with choice of several restaurants, clean room and Canal or sea view, large beach with available shading that communicates with the Grand OASIS, excellent show every night, good choice of music throughout the day, activitees and CAYAC, many trees very pretty site. We will return.

1 star but only because it is required. Not the greatest place to stay for my first time in Cancun. They pull the Bait & Switch on the rooms. You see nice rooms online but you are checked into a room with the smallest bathroom in the world for 4 people. No fridge, coffee pot, water, etc. Even tho website states you will have this in your room. You will however have these amenities when you pay to upgrade your room as it was not what you originally booked. Tons of kids, ok I suppose if you are bringing kids. Food was not appetizing at buffets, you will eat a lot of cereal. 2 ok restaurants to eat at. Wifi is an extra charge and works sporadically in the resort. Website promises a lot but does not deliver. Their other resorts may be better, but as for the Palm and the Grand Palm… never again.

I with my family were resting in 2012, the hotel grounds are very large, with lots of greenery, also lots of different animals (jaguany, peacocks, small crabs, fish and turtles in the pond). On the territory there are 2 hotels it is 5 * and 4 * (5 stars This is a pyramid hotel, everything is very tidy the rooms are clean, spacious, cleaned every day, but about the hotel 4 stars say not much, T. To whom the crane flies away, someone is not so clean, ). On the territory of 2 hotels a lot of pools, but the water in them is cool, the sea for example is very warm as a pair of milk, but the big minus is a strong wave, under the feet of sand and water is clear, the sea is clean. And now I will tell about the food (on the territory of 2 hotels about 12 restaurants, but I am not sure can be more, for 8 days of rest to pass all did not have time, however the food is very tasty (royal shrimps, champagne in the morning, mussels, and however very much any Tasty food, meat of different grades, fish in general delicious, but however I do not like fish, but ate.
