Hostels in OaxacaHostel

Absolutely loved it here. Loved it so much I extended my stay. It is very clean and comfortable (they clean your room everyday with fresh towels) close to the center yet away from the noise.

Staff are lovely. The hostel was in a perfect location, walking distance to everything in Centro. We stayed in Room 1 which had doors that let lots of natural light in which was really nice.

Extended my stay here! Very cute little hostel, chill vibe and very communicative and open volunteers.

My stay here was amazing! It was already the second time I am here. The beds with curtains are so comfy and also the kitchen is great and newly equipped.

Splendid. 800 pesos for a private room ensuite with breakfast. The breakfast is insanely good. It's also calm. 100% recommended.

Good location, and I felt very safe here. The rooms can be hot so ask for a fan, because there’s no ceiling fan. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were so helpful.

This is a very cute and charismatic hotel in the most ideal location. Love the rooftop patio with a spectacular view of the city and mountains.

The location was great.

I had a private room which was really nice — a quiet space. The mattress was too firm for my taste. Clean bathroom, very nice outdoor seating areas. I felt I could be as social or quiet as I wanted.

This was such a great place. Very kind people. Clean and organized. Good price. Close to center. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Location was perfect and felt very safe. Bathrooms were spacious. The only downside was the 4 person dorm on the first floor beds weren’t the best as they seemed to have holes in the mattress.

Casa Angel is a really nice social hostel that isn’t too party-heavy, which I appreciated. The facilities were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

I arrived to Oaxaca city with no plans, a friend on the bus recommended the hostel, arriving there 10 mins walking from bus station, literally in the center close to everything walking

This place never lets me down. I’ve stayed here three times now. Comfy, relaxed, a very nice terrace where you can chill.

Great place close to center of town. Quiet nights even though you're walking distance from zocalo.

In a 12 bed dorm with no privacy curtain or individual plug but lovely communal areas.

Just loved it. The private capsules are so great! It's clean, the pool is small but very nice, very nice staff. Definitely recommend it.

Wow wow wow. This place is AMAZING.

Had a little trouble during check in so make sure you have Alan’s phone number before you arrive.

Good hostel for a great price. The owner Gabriel was so welcoming and helpful. Comfortable and clean rooms. The bus to Oaxaca is a 10 minute walk away down the hill.

The ladies are super cute and squeezed us in last minute. It was $200 a night per person. We had a vehicle with roof top tent.

A different place with many options from single tents till vans.

Great value, nice vibe, lovely owner. Paid $180 for a dorm, bed had its own fan and mosquito net. Little bit up the hill so little bit cooler and less mosquitos than in the the centre.

This is the best spot for a backpacker/traveller. Cheap, calm, clean, well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff also!

Doña Socorro and her family + staff were super welcoming. The location was amazing for sunrise/sunset views.

Me and a group of friends stood here for a few days. Doña Socorro and her staff our incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed our entire stay.

The service from Carolina and Luigi was amazing. The rooms were clean and well kept, the whole place felt secure. Desks in the rooms were nice to have.

Highly recommended, very clean rooms, good care, you can go with family or friends and the excellent location 🌟

Very nice everything, I had a great time with my family. Congratulations!

I was recommended by a friend to stay at Pora because it was their favourite place they stayed in Mexico. I would add to that and say it might be the best place I have ever stayed anywhere!

Amazing location; a much welcomed escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
The Owner Maria and Staff Rene, Tua & Anika were super friendly and hospitable.

I had an incredible stay at this hostel! The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, thanks to the amazing crew (especially Fabienne, Hilke, Eric & Martin) who always ensured everyone was having a great time.

This has been one of my favorite hostels that I’ve stayed at.
Pros: the staff are amazing and really friendly. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed.

Me and my partner had such a lovely stay. The host were so friendly, relaxed and attentive. So close to La Punta, very very clean.

Fantastic place to stay!
So cozy, rooms comfortable and the owners are so nice.
5 mins from the beach and the main street of La Punta.
Very clean.
