On April 20 of this year we had an express trip to the city of Oaxaca and it was good for us to book in this hotel that painted a good place to rest and eat, one of the worst experiences despite making reservation nobody gave us the room.
1. — When vacating the room they asked us to wait for why they had to do room checks, most of us got in the car and only one of us waited and came out with a towel missing from a room and where it was missing a towel. Which was not so because a room only had a towel and even the toilet paper was not complete.
2. — The restaurant was not in operation.
3. — There was remodeling and from very early on the operators came to work on the construction and we had to leave the hotel at that time because of the noise.
4. — The room is dusty and lacks shampoo, toilet paper.
