Too much noise in the rooms, it is a real shame that they are communicated in pairs, and their furniture looks rustic and outdated and the temperature in the pool… In order much to improve in relation cost benefit.

Very comfortable clean and good price. Relatively far from the center but nothing complicated and easy to access using the Google maps.

The suites are very but very spacious and the attention of Mr. Francis unequalled a place worthy of stay.

Unfortunately the rooms are connected in pairs, you hear too much noise inside them, the TVs are too obsolete, they don't have a heated pool or enough towels for the pool, among other things.

It is a place with attention, security, is clean, nice, keep the customers happy the pool is clean always, there are beautiful things. It is very good view etc.

It Is A very quiet space for people with demanding tastes, each suite has its own parking, green areas and so on.

It's nice enough, in a residential area with no activity so it's quiet, price is descent. Recommend the junior sweat, much nicer room for a little more money.

The facilities are very good and nice although there was a problem with the cable signal everything else excellent, as far as the service is slow as well as for check in or any query or reservation.

Very good! The care and cleaning of the room excellent. And a lot of stillness.

It has no restaurant, no tub or private pool, no heated pool, nothing to entertain kids and a lot of stairs with no elevator, and it is very far from downtown (Zócalo)

Very good service, has a good size pool although it is moving away from the center.

Very good place to stay. Nice and quiet. Aproximativamente about 10 minutes from the Zocalo.

First night they forget to clean our room, everyday was something they forget to bring, towels were in a bad condition, we stay 2 weeks they change the whites 2 times, hotel housekeeping do not have suficiente personal, finaly… they stole several t shirts from my husband. To far from downtown!

I was told that the breakfast buffet was going to be about 95 pesos. They charged me 170. The van transport to town square is posted in the hotel but it doesn't seem to run. I asked the front desk and was told that I have to reserve a day in advance. I pointed out that the sign didn't say anything about a reservation. The girl just shrugged. No English speaking help. Not much else up there for food and entertainment. It is quiet, unless you have a loud lout next door.

The floor was dirty at check in. The transport to town was not available. The breakfast was overwhelmed by guests. I have one more night and I will give a second chance to improve.

Excellent service and a wonderful place to stay.

Lousy. Sobrevendieron the rooms. We were sent to a home, where the car could not get out. And the response from them was we have a lot of work and we were not able to go. Lousy attention. Only work to three people who attend the reception, parking, restaurant, swimming pool. Lousy.

Much to like, really comfortable facilities, good care of everyone and with a stunning view of the mountains of the sierra de Oaxaca.
