Hotel is hard to find and GPS will not take you to the actual entrance. Couple this with confusing roads nearby, this hotel is nearly inaccessible. That said, the inside is nice.

The location of the place is great, it is on the side of a shopping plaza which makes it great for getting groceries. It is also a 15-minute walk from Galerías Monterrey.

It was my turn to teach a work course at the hotel and my experience was very good. The hotel has a very accessible location coming from the south of the city, in the lounge where we had the course there was no inconvenience to be able to carry it out. And the service was excellent, we were provided with a table of snacks and drinks that was stocked with different food over the course of the day, plus an hour of food with very well served and quality dishes.

Excellent comfortable and clean place. Just that the receptionist forgot and left me waiting 45 minutes to give me the room. But overall an excellent hotel widely recommended.

Elevator under maintenance Both tread mills did not work — complained in first day and still not working when I left. Air conditioning controls in room did not work. Shower took 5 minutes to get hot water. Control panel on elevator on 7th floor opened for maintenance so no elevators working had to walk down stairs. If they would get the ongoing renovations completed and the treadmills etc working would be a great hotel to stay at.

Rooms are nice and the location is good; however it is a bit pricey and the breakfast is basic.

Well the rooms were alright everything was nice and clean, the service was excellent all the staff members of the hotel were really into giving a good service. Even though I found out that the pool sometimes it wasn't clean enough but over all it was good and I had a great experience.

It was terrible. Service is terrible no one answers the phone in the front desk. Room towels and sheets are dirty. And rooms smell bad upon first arrival. I would never stay at this hotel again even if it was in renovations they still have to keep up the customer service no excuse.

My room was very comfortable. The staff made efforts to accommodate my medical needs and were very courteous. The breakfast was delicious. The security guards made me feel safe and there was never a wait for a taxi. I loved that this hotel was close to HEB and so many food choices. Starbucks was another nearby bonus.

Very bad experience. Dirty room, taladran all day, work all the time. Do not pay for this garbage.

Los cuartos estan descentes, … pero es molesto que desde temprano estan haciendo trabajos de remodelacion y se escuchan ruidos y no te permite descanzar, el a/c moja la alfombra, no tienen buen mantenimiento.

Really poor service. Lousy, and I do bad enfaisis in this, the Internet service, rough linen, bathroom old and deteriorated. (Sixth floor) In short I do not think that the remodelling of the façade is factor back to stay again. Quality must not only be in the picture.

Remodels give the hotel a new look.

The bathroom in very bad conditions you do not put enough soaps I could never connect to the network, are in the middle of remodeling and the noise starts at 9.00. M and ends at
7.00 p. M don't put hand towels only a bottle of water the price is not commensurate to the quality.

Love it the breakfast is Delicious.

Of if it was an excellent hotel and now refurbished best… don't stop to enjoy the complimentary coffee…
