A very well located hotel, close to everything you need to see, eat, rest, enjoy and for family and patients close to many hospitals. The most important thing is the attention of your work staff for any type of service.

The room is of low quality, we changed from a master suite to a remodeled suite because the master had very old facilities and the weather did not work well, plus we had been told that it had a Kingsize bed and when we arrived it was Matrimonial. Even the remodeled normal suite that was more expensive than the master and smaller, failed the shower tub. Their COVID protocols are fine, but very restricted compared to other hotels, they lack to improve their rooms if they are not going to have protocols to use other hotel facilities. No restaurant etc. The truth is they expect more from the hotel I do not recommend it.

Had such an amazing experience. Room was clean, great breakfast and they also provided a shuttle to event. The staff was so accommodating especially Rafael, who was the most helpful and went above and beyond to assist with all of our questions and concerns.

Good location with smelter, clean rooms, microwave, refrigerator, safe and coffee maker in the rooms. Which improves the experience. Wi-Fi network with good signal. In front of the hotel there is a square with three restaurants.

It's a central and easily accessible common place that makes it great but it's normal just like all middle-class. Good business recommended good care.

I was there for a scientific meeting. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us all the information and services that we required. It was clean and pretty. The location is good because you are in front of the mall and next to a lot of good restaurants and you are also near a big Avenue so you can take public transportation. There's also a good hospital nearby.

An amazing travel! This was my first time traveling to Mexico and the hotel staff made it memorable. They were very accommodating with this grenco! The facility is very nice and it is in a great location, with a mall and plenty of places to eat. I look forward to my next visit.

Good Hotel. Comfortable and well located. It Has a swimming pool and laundry facilities. Connected to the mall via Bridge crossing the street.

The room is very comfortable, has a bath tub, has a microwave oven and a sink. In front of a shopping plaza and several restaurants around which you can walk. We offer a simple breakfast but sufficient, and you have an agreement with an excellent restaurant for food service to the room.

The staff is great and super friendly, the hotel has good location, in addition, it has a tunnel with direct access between the hotel and the square, "Galleries of Monterrey" by using the key card to your room, which makes it very safe. Account with a swimming pool indoor which allows it to be used even when the weather is not favorable.

Was there for a conference and happened to me that the ac wasn't working well, so it was unpleasant… but everything else seemed good.

The location of the hotel is very good, we found before a very nice square a 5 minute walk, a pharmacy 8 minutes away, the food is good, and the rooms are nice plus the service in general.

Best hotel in Monterrey. So close to the mall, it's perfect.

Rooms are very good, breakfast is fine, but there is only one cook making omelets or eggs and that makes it line up. Another detail is the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom, comes out very little every time you press, so it takes a long time to get the necessary amount of shampoo.

Hotel location is great for tourist but not for business travelers due to traffic and distance from the airport. Over all facilities are great however a little outdated. Sierra Madre restaurant is located close by which offers great food and brews.

Bad-mood employees, it is a long waiting to check-in despite having a reservation. The staff is very rude. Very unworthy hotel.

Change of administration lead to bad negotiations between the two parties. Hotel doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction when it comes to offering great quality services.

They had a good and fast service at the lobby, the rooms were nice and seemed safe. Liked that you need a key for the elevator.

This place is horrible! By far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning system is very old and constantly freezes up making the room very hot and uncomfortable. The internet is horrible as well and the beds are very small and hard. The furnishings are dated and the hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The breakfast is horrible as well. I've had better breakfast at a Holiday Inn than this place. The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the mall and restaurants.

Very nice place, besides being an extension of the hotel which will undoubtedly be a very nice building. Very rich it food and delicious. The bedrooms very comfortable and it best of all are the beds. The location of the hotel is it best, very central, opposite is galleries Monterrey and there is a sierra mother to eat and the Sport city.

The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent. The breakfast is buffet and very rich. It's friendly staff. I took off a star because the Internet is terrible at night.

The room well, but the gym and the breakfast left much that wish. It is good to have direct access to the shopping centre.

Everything was terrible. The hotel is under construction, expansion and is sadly decaying. Was booked for 2 nights, ended changing after 1 terrible night without air conditioning and an unexpected companion in my room. A cockroach.

The service is slow, the room service menu is limited and sometimes do not respect the reservations. Price by agreement with some companies is it salvageable.

Had been one of my favorite hotels in Monterrey but my last visit from 14 to 18 October was an unpleasant experience.
1 apparently made repairs in my room and were generated damage 17, same day report and no one rose to review
2. The Bill for the room is time that not send it me
3 I have spoken, sent emails and they can't say that you happened to my invoice.

Nice room. If you want to have dinner there is no other option than Sierra Made but no more choices. Good waffles for breakfast.
