Review of Villa del Palmar Flamingos 4*

I have an elite membership with this group, in the last two years I visited each and every one of the Villas del Palmar's resorts. Last January, I spent three weeks with my family in flamingos with a reservation made for a year. One of the advantages of my membership, should be the free upgrade, although contractually speaking, that privilege is low availability. In all the springs of the group, I understand that the occupation is sold leaving always a margin to respect the courtesies makes the members who invested money in high memberships. In flamingos unfortunately I had a very bad attention in that aspect. They did not want to give me the upgrade free, they answered me in a way that for the first time, since when I have this membership, never happened to me. I have always felt in my house in every Resort, in flamingos the managers who attend the elite members, showed a total disinters in attending to me as I think it is my right. An example clarifies that unfortunate attention. I applied with the education that always accompanies me, a small desk where to place my computer because I spend many hours working to manage my businesses even though I am vacationing. The elite department in charge told me that this accessory was not possible to facilitate it. I requested that same table to the Supervisor Doña Marlen Arccola and in five minutes the desk was in my room 2714/a I want to open another chapter now, the entire staff of that Resort, bellboys, cleaning staff, waiters completely filled the vacuum of the Officials who in good theory should set an example, ensuring that all staff also meet all the standards of good customer service. Thank God all these people were working all the time in such a way that they managed that we could forget the total absence of those who should first watch that everything works as the standards of the company establish. I hope that this mine will contribute to improve the stay in that splendid Resort to members like me who have believed in that group investing our money with the illusion of spending with our families pleasant moments.
