Excellent service. Very good food and the rooms the best.

Excellent hotel all good service facilities all very good.

Our penthouse suite flooded from the door, ceiling, and windows. The food is pretty good but the service is EXTREMELY slow. The pool staff are overwhelmed everyday and it takes 45 mins to get an order placed and delivered. There is not self service drink or food areas near either pool so everything is to be done via a waiter/waitress. Day one the try and rope you into a time share.

Our second time staying at this resort. We love the new beach area. The property is very nice and the staff are excellent. The food and service was great! We cannot wait to come back.

Our family of five had an amazing time! The resort was immaculate, the service was absolutely amazing and the restaurants, bars, and pools were just right. We were able to access the sister resort for some change, but can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The staff was the absolute best!

This has been our home away from home for several vacations now. We love the food, atmosphere and amenities. Visit the rooftop bar for fabulous small plates and perfect views of the sunset. We will return, again and again, when we need to relax and reset. The Beach Club addition is FABULOUS and the service is excellent. Love the staff — especially our favorite concierge, Carlos! ♥️

Marival is a beautiful facility and the staff are wonderful. We love it there! What we don't love is trying to get the funds back that were promised when we purchased. Our points were marketed and funds promised between May and July of this year. Can someone from Marival speak to Brevan to find out why we have yet to receive the funds Marival promised? Thank you.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was so kind and generous. Place was clean. The only thing that happened I lost my diamond earrings. Just one must felt off in my sleep. Hopefully who ever found it. Will enjoy it. It was worth $6000.00 USA $.

Marival Distinct exceeded my expectations. Everything from the food, service, & rooms were top notch. They are a hidden gem of Riviera Nayarit.

Love everything about this resort. Service is amazing and food and drinks are fantastic.

Quiet, private residences with friendly helpful staff. 24 hour room service with a large selection. Demi pool rooms available. Little kids splash pool. Truely, A world apart… In a class by itself! Our most recent visit (08-2018) is still good, but the staff seems less welcoming. However, our requests have been heard and service is good. It is still one of the best family friendly places to visit.

This place was awesome! I can’t wait to go back! Everything was awesome. We loved our room, the hotel is beautiful, the food was great, but what made this place much better was definitely the staff! Everyone there is friendly, attentive, respectful and you can really tell they are happy to help you. These people who work there are amazing and no doubt that without them this place wouldn’t be what it is today. People like Octavio, Arturo, and Nayit from Omaggio and their amazing hostesses, Carlos from the bar next to Mozzamare, Wenceslao from poolside at Lemongrass and the staff who I unfortunately forgot their name from Mozzamare and many more made this trip amazing! I can honestly say this is the best trip we’ve had in many years! Thank you and can’t wait to go back!

Where to start, just got back, facility is super nice and always clean! Staff works hard and friendly. We had two bedroom, with family if 5 more than enough room for us. Fridge was stocked daily, maids cleaned daily and also did night check around 8-9pm just to check if we needed anything.
The views from the rooms are spectacular during day and night, even better when storms coming in! Food, never had a bad meal, our favorite by far was the Insu bar up top. Had variety …for everyone, even had burgers and chicken tenders for younger ones but were good enough for adults also. Breakfast at the omaggio was excellent, the menu items had great variety and tasty. Or you could sit outside of Omaggio and get pancakes, make your own omelette, sort of buffet style breakfast. We did try the Buffett at sister marival resort and it wasn’t very good, the quality isn’t near the same. The wood fire pizza was pretty good at the other resort though for quick bite. Overall best food we have ever had for all inclusive. Beach, this is where we spend almost all our time. The new beach area is super nice. Have lots of chairs, waiters that work their butts of to get you whatever you want! I was little worried about having to walk a little to beach since it’s technically not beach front property, it’s a easy walk, actually enjoyed it. The pool is nice touch, get to sit in pool and still watch the waves crash. They have very clean bathroom nearby, when I say clean I mean it, spotless!

The Marival Residences is like our home away from home. This was our 3rd time staying there, the staff remember us every time we go because they do not have a high turnover rate. The food is amazing and the new Mozzarella Mare beach area is spectacular! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Exceptional service! I am on a raw-vegan diet and we decided to stay here because of a few good reviews from other vegan guests. To say I was treated well is to say nothing.
Chefs (particularly Marcela from Omagio) prepared unbelievably delicious vegan smoothies, raw soups and salads! I never eat so tasty and I never was so welcomed and appreciated.
Wonderful people Omar, Olga, Paulina, Victoria, Valerio and beach crew and concierges made every meal special by taking care of us.
It is a truly 5 star resort where for 9 days I felt I am the most precious person on earth many thanks to concierges and Margarita (chefs ‘ manager) who made every our wish come true.
Special thank you for an evening service when someone was making our bed for us and leaving sweet dreams cookies it’s the most heartwarming service I ever had

Great place to stay. Amazing service, nice rooms with comfortable beds. Beach Club is great and has a nice sunset view, but the restaurant is a bit slow to serve. Would like to have more snacks for the beach and pool service. All the restaurants have good a la carte food and there's a Sunday brunch that is good. Main pool is a salt water pool.

Great resort with staff that bends over backwards for you lovely beach and Ivan Landin takes care of you at the beach can't do enough for you. The accommodations are beautiful and the food is very good. Highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back.

I only have one negative comment. The bracelet you get is woven thread and it is very easy at any time to Untie. My daughter was untied and lost without realizing it. They charge you $650 for the Replenishment. My other son was also untied, but fortunately we found it inside the room, if we had not had to pay another replacement. From then on my experience was Excellent.

It's a shame what the service has decayed… the waiters scold you, if you ring your residence and do not open the first, they go without permission, the spa has cockroaches, you can not dance in the area of the jacuzzi, there are children (although there is a sign that says it is exclusive par adults), do not even think to put their music, if you want to hear something (whatever) bring your hearing aids, and if you happen to meet the public relations manager, you put them for you and want to take them out of the hotel, the food is not good, the bar or at least its "all inclusive" is very limited… Basically invite you not to return… with everything and its 4 diamonds that I do not know on that are based to give that qualification or recognition to hotels… You better go to the Grand candles!

The Deck & Bistro Restaurant (external) is very good.

In the restaurant they make rich food. They just didn't notice that one of my fruits was in the state. Eye: It's gourmet food, small portions.

I have historically stayed at the Marival Resort, but our family has a timeshare with the resort group and that gives us access to the Marival residences, and so we stayed a week here as opposed to at the Resort. The the time at the residences was very pleasant. The food quality is better and the accommodations are more appealing to older adults. I prefer the beach and the activities at the regular resort, and so I and my family spent most of the days at the beach down there, which is quite accessible from the residences. I would recommend both the residences and the resort, with the decision based on the age of your guests and the activities in which you want to take part.

This place is amazing! Once you're in, enjoy 5 star treatment. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries greeted us on arrival. Next day a bottle of red and some delicious cheeses. Can't wait for the next treat. Pool-side service, beach service. Again, a great place to relax and get pampered. Hope to come back.

Very happy with the residences. Have been there 3 times in the past three years. The accommodations are top notch. Staff is plenty and very helpful. Food and booze is the best I've ever had in a all you can eat resort. Kids club is great and I like that they do activities with the kiddos rather than just TV for a long period of time. Will definitely be coming back. New beach addition is good as well. Also the opportunity to walk the beach got the other resort is nice (less reliant on the golf cart approach)

Excellent swite with kitchenette, dining room, tv, 2 full toilets, washer, dryer, spacious room and sofa bed in the star tV.

We had dinner there. Sources calm down. Looks like you're eating out of the country. The food … It is ok. I think I was fascinated by the place. Dinner ok. I'll try breakfast. At night guys! It's romantic. In case you want to go as a couple.

Went to insu for dinner. Good food if you're looking for a more tourist spot. Very Canadian American style cuisine. Looking for authentic Mexicano? I wouldn't go here for that. Beautiful property and view though!

Rooms were nice, but missing some basics like an Ironing board and robes. Service was excellent, great food. Some areas reserved for the members only were poorly marked.

They go 3 times that we go my family and I, and to this day we have no complaints, everything is excellent from the time we arrived until we leave, at least we have been treated very well, we will definitely continue to visit them.

How to throw thousands of pesos in the trash. Despite the nice facilities and cleanliness, the value for money is very low. Tardadísimos Services, noisy rooms, saturated restaurants and freezing pool. I Have been to lower priced hotels and with much higher quality. A disappointment.

Great place. Huge rooms. Wish it was on the beach but there is beach access and a new beach club with bar, restaurant, cabanas, etc which is great. Excellent food at all the restaurants, portions are a little small but all inclusive so order an extra dish out two.

Lousy customer service. Lousy attention to national tourism. From reception to lousy management. Arrogant attitude. They don't solve. They're just turning around. We don't go back definitively.

Beautiful resort! Staff is fun. Food could be way better. If I wanted greasy hamburgers and pizza I would have stayed home. Most of us enjoy the diverse culture and food is a huge part of that.

We had unexpected delays in getting here do to flooding at Mexico City Airport, but this place is worth the adventure to get here! Our penthouse suite is amazing with incredible ocean views. The food is fantastic and there a wide selection of wine and food to choose from. The staff has been eager to help with everything. Great experience! We will be back here again!

Nice accommodations but beware! They overcharged me almost $400 dollars. I noticed it 2 days later when it cleared my credit card. I went to the front desk and after being treated very rudely they brought the Manager out to talk with me. I explained to her and showed her my online amount that I was charged. She said they would refund the amount to my card. They took my creditcard and wrote the information down on a paper. I thought that was odd to have my credit card info handed around on paper. They told me it would take up to 4 weeks to show the credit. Well it has been 4 1/2 months now and still no credit and I have called, emailed, and been promised that they would look into it but they have not. It was just a scam to get rid of me! I even showed them a receipt they gave me showing the credit to be sent and no response. I also called a number on their website and it was a couple that lived in Canada. He told me he would take care of it and get my money back. I text him a picture of the receipt to his phone and never heard back from him. A month later I text the number and asked what was going on with my money and he said we are still checking on it. Really! Of course this was just a lie. Everyone beware, if you go here make sure they charge you correctly and if not get the money back in cash before you leave if you can! I really wanted to like this place but they have been very dishonest.

Very nice accommodations. They have a bad bird problem so eating outside (75% of the dining areas) is difficult and annoying. Food is hit or miss. Some food is REALLY good, some is not that great. Top shelf alcohol available but not included. Staff is friendly. The spa was under construction when we were there but they didn't offer a discount. They offer a gift for a time share presentation and it's twice as long as they suggest.

By far the best all inclusive I have stayed at. This hotel and residence location is outstanding. The service is fabulous, the pool, rooms, people, and drinks were great. Would highly recommend this resort. Access to beach through a shuttle service 5 minutes away to VIP beach club and soon to have direct beach access. Amazing service from Felix, Went, and Esau and great concierge device from Raquel. Amazing vacation and location with excursions included in our stay with a great zip lining tour and other options included boat tours and animal meetings. Would highly recommend.

Best All-inclusive resort I have ever been too. Staff was amazing! Ate dinner at Omaggio every night to experience the amazing food and service given by OMAR! The entire resort staff always smiled, made our family feel at home, never said "no" to any special request! Stayed 8 days and would have stayed another month if could have time off from work. Well worth the price!

Aside from no direct beach access, this is by far the best resort experience I've ever had. Im extremely happy with the service, as well as the quality of the food and drinks available with the all-inclusive package. The views are simply stunning.

My time at Marival was not what I expected. From day one I was pushed into doing a time share presentation, talked down to and treated rudely. At most of the restaurants I received poor to none service and was gawked at by employees because I was black. Felt like my service would have been excellent if I were a different race. A week meant for relaxation and fun was overshadowed by disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Nice pools, good food and very friendly service. Ideally suited to families with young children.

Because personally, I food pass the great of the restaurants, beach club, drinks all rich, forget shrimp Tequila mmmm!. Rooms clean waiters sr oscar my respects aurelio, paty, wenses, in the end many of them thank you for your kindness. And of course many, many come back!. I do recommend it!.

Literally the epitome of wealth. Way out my element here but I love it. Cant complain about a thing. Top floor infinity pool is off the charts.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the food was excellent, beautiful weather, fantastic attentive staff. Very large, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds — very easy resort living. Only 2 issues that need to be addressed — 1. Our room had a strong chemical smell, probably insecticide, that really never dissipated, it was not present in the rooms of our other travel group. 2. Marival could have told us that something "might" attack your legs and leave about 50 bites that would be extremely itchy — and "put something on your legs just in case". Marival didn't — and about 50% of our group of over 100 people had really itchy leg bites, that we have no idea where they came from. Put repellent on your legs, and you'll have a wonderful trip!

My wife and I have been to the Marival twice in the past 10 months, we love it so much! Our first experience was at the Residences then second was at Resort and Suites! Both of those places are AMAZING! The food was PHENOMENAL! The service made my wife and I feel like a celebrity! We participated in multiple excursions, this is just a beautiful place, I recommend the Marival to everyone!

Spacious! Amazing service! Concierge is super helpful! Felix is the man! When hanging out pool side they're always making sure you're comfortable and that your glass is never empty! Food is awesome! Fresh fresh fresh! Will definitely be back! The VIP beach on the sister resort makes it even better. The shuttles are super quick and convenient! I kind of like & appreciate it as you get away from the masses and get that nice private beach feel w/ out the massive crowds. Again there was never a moment when I didn't have a drink ready or in hand. It's a 4 diamond resort for a reason. Every one is super friendly & helpful. That pillow menu/turndown service. I was there for 5 days 4 nights. Concierge was helpful in making the most of the vacation to excursions/snorkeling/beachy spots.

I am a owner and the resort is of what is used to be. The alcohol is no longer top shelf. Kids all over the place. Being an owner I was given a crappy room. Very disappointed. Don't but the time the Time Share.

Expensive but very well worth it! Next to my suite I meet son of the ambasador and it tells you a bit about level. Every other person at the pool looks like a holywood star! Amazing euro quality food, always cooked to perfection, always new menu daily, regardless at one if 4 restaurants, or buffet! Trust me, im from europe and this is top of the best places for $$ paid. Soap and shampoo from france, silverware and glass from italy, etc. Everywhere! Everyone speaks normal english! I could not get my 5yo out of the kids club, its soooo good. Royal service. Go there, and you will be on heaven you can only dream of. My whole family of 4 was so impressed I cant find words to describe since english is my 2nd language.

Just simply the most relaxing, amazing, place to stay in PV. The service is far and away the best I've ever seen you will be treated like royalty whether you expect it or not. My go to spot.

I think that it is a hoax when you buy a membership in the vacation club marival, taking account pay 400 usd plus 50 usd per person in total for a stay of 7 days, pagarias 1, 100 usd which is carisimo, and the only thing extra you get is the laundry this was a scam I'll leave that for you to analizen greetings.

Wow! Just got back from a week’s stay here at Marival Residences and World Spa, Gorgeous! The resort is new and immaculate. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The food was wonderful, and it seemed like there was always someone there to refill my drink! I would go back and stay there again in a heartbeat. If I could give it six stars, I would.
