Where to start, just got back, facility is super nice and always clean! Staff works hard and friendly. We had two bedroom, with family if 5 more than enough room for us. Fridge was stocked daily, maids cleaned daily and also did night check around 8-9pm just to check if we needed anything.
The views from the rooms are spectacular during day and night, even better when storms coming in! Food, never had a bad meal, our favorite by far was the Insu bar up top. Had variety …for everyone, even had burgers and chicken tenders for younger ones but were good enough for adults also. Breakfast at the omaggio was excellent, the menu items had great variety and tasty. Or you could sit outside of Omaggio and get pancakes, make your own omelette, sort of buffet style breakfast. We did try the Buffett at sister marival resort and it wasn’t very good, the quality isn’t near the same. The wood fire pizza was pretty good at the other resort though for quick bite. Overall best food we have ever had for all inclusive. Beach, this is where we spend almost all our time. The new beach area is super nice. Have lots of chairs, waiters that work their butts of to get you whatever you want! I was little worried about having to walk a little to beach since it’s technically not beach front property, it’s a easy walk, actually enjoyed it. The pool is nice touch, get to sit in pool and still watch the waves crash. They have very clean bathroom nearby, when I say clean I mean it, spotless! We didn’t eat at the mozzamare, we mostly ordered from beach menu which kept us happy. They also serve mini buffet after 1 on beach with hamburgers, hot dogs, nuggets and mix varieties of other stuff, good for quick bites. They have paddle boards, boggie boards, kayak, surf board etc also free if charge to use. We did jet ski which you pay for but enjoyed it. About the only negative I can say is timeshare presentation. We knew better to do this but kind of felt pressured into, it was awful! First guy was nice, but after we said no obviously they pull good cop and bad cop, the 2nd lady was total you know what, we all just couldn’t believe how she was treating us! Even after that a 3rd guy tried to sell us on package, 90 minutes turned into 3 hours. Not the way we wanted to start 2nd day but not gonna let that ruin the great time we had at resort.
